Decided to check this place out after seeing a Tik Tok video promotion this restaurant, and I was also craving some Colombian food. We were greeted at the door by some very friendly staff. I enjoyed the warm welcome and it made me miss my trips to Colombia. We didn't get any appetizers but we did ask for some recommendations and we were recommended to try the "Pollo en Champiñones" and the "Entraña steak". I typically get the Bandeja Paisa every time I go to a Colombian restaurant, but I like the idea of trying something new. We both tried the recommended dishes and they were very delicious. For dessert we had the flan and it was a bit dry but nonetheless enjoyable. As for the restaurant, it wasn't entirely busy and the place was clean. The service was quick and the staff were amazing. I will definitely be coming back for more as I fell in love with food and warm presence by the staff. read more

The service was horrible! The food was ok but this is our first and last time at this restaurant. I would not even rate it one star I would rate this place zero star. No water was offered, did not come to check if we needed anything. They took too to bring coffee the place is empty there was no reason for the delay. Not even a thank you or to feel welcome in this place. They are very rude and it's pricey and not worth eating here for the price. I'm very disappointed. The ambiance could be a lot better than this. They don't even deserve any tip but I tipped them anyways and not even a thank you. This place looks like it will be out of business soon because of their customer service and you will feel it the moment you walk in. This place is not worth it or my time. First time here. I Just ordered a cantina for the week. It's a decent price for what you're paying and actually getting. The food tastes good and the portions are ok. But it's mainly rice that you're getting with a tiny bit of lettuce and a slice of tomato for your salad and then whatever meat they have plus the soup. The soup it's probably the best part of the meal since it's a full cup and it's very good. Service wise, everyone so far seems very nice. I would always call in advance to pick up. The next day I went to the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager, the employee at the counter asked me very roudly why I needed to speak to the manager , I proceeded explain to him what happened, I even showed him a picture. He said okay I'll inform the manager. That's all! no apology , no trying to make it better, not even an attempt to go get the manager. This is my go to spot for my Colombian bakery fix. They ALWAYS have Pandebonos, buñuelos (big and small!), Colombian cheese bread, and just a ton of other snacks and desserts. Their baked goods are always fresh and their staff is super friendly and helpful. They have some weekends for dancing and partying, which I have yet to go. The place is welcoming and comfortable with a nice atmosphere. Once you try it this will be your go-to spot. Oh and their regular food is amazing! That chuleta caleña was perfectly done. read more

Let me start with saying I don't usually write reviews but I had to this time. My throat was a little scratchy so I wanted some soup. I ordered the "rib soup". When the hostess rang it up I got sticker shock because it was $19.25. The women noticed my look of bewilderment and stated "Oh it comes with rice, salad, avocado and plantains". I still felt as that was too much but I went with it. I got home and was excited for the soup and when I opened the container it was broth 2 pieces of meat and one potato. Shame on you Pal'Rancho. I now see why the restaurant was empty. I asked also for a diet coke can of soda. They rang it up and wanted to charge me $3.25. That makes no d---- since. We moved to this area about 1 year ago and have been looking for a good Colombian restaurant. I think we found our new favorite spot. The waitress was so friendly and attentive. Everything tasted really good and I want to go back and try the empanadas. The pandebono was soooo good! I got 6 of them for breakfast for the guys and they loved them. The place was very clean and the ordering and paying process was very sufficient. We had 3 separate checks plus we added a to-go order onto one of the checks. They didn't even care. With so many Hispanic restaurants everywhere in south Florida, this one is in my top 3. I've been to many Hispanic restaurants and most disappoint in my opinion. This place gives generous portions and is very flavorful. They have a couple of large big screen around the restaurant playing soccer games, that's a must in any Hispanic restaurant. I had steak and eggs with rice and fries, it also came is a house type salad. Very very filling and satisfying. The staff was also very friends and attentive. Great customer service and speedy table service. The bar area seems like it has plenty of space for happy hour and a meal. Does look like a wide selection of alcohol. All of the tables and counter tops all looked clean and ready to use. Very tidy and clean bathrooms as well. I recommend this place 100% to anyone. read more

Wow! I found This Colombian Restaurant on yelp and was close by the reviews were good and man the reviews were right. Went for a 3pm lunch and the place was clean and bright the music was right and the Bistec encebollado was fantastic the sasón was right on and the red beans were great. They also have a bakery section which we got some pan de bono and pan de queso to go. The staff was friendly and efficient and definite go to place for lunch and dinner! read more
