They are following all COVID-19 protocols from masks being worn by everyone completely over the nose & mouth to disinfecting the stations between customers and allowing a period of time between bookings, so the place isn't filled with people coming'n'going. They only book one or two clients at a time (I even tried to book a couple session, but they were booked, so it was a single session. I say that because some other salons I have been too are fitting people in sideways to make money over fighting COVID-19). Security is the tightest and the doors are locked to limited entry and you have to call from outside to check in and are only allowed in once your appointment time has arrived. Love that these measures are in place! Now, I'm a vet so I've been all over the world and I have to say they earned those and easily are the best stateside nail salon I have been to. The employees are polite and professional. Their touch is always soft and tender; not once was I scratched, poked or sliced during the service. The actual pedicure includes the soaking and exfoliating, BUT THEN THERE'S THIS CREAM THAT IS HEATED AND THEN APPLIED.... BAE-BEE!!!!! I was like "what is this and why have I never had this before at any other place?" He said "we think it's better if it's warmed" At that moment, I was infatuated with this nail salon. It's understood that going to any place that your nails and feet will look better, but I felt like I had reset my beauty life coming here. Especially now, it's hard to feel beautiful after coming out of isolation and quarantine. The attention to detail and customer service is so amazing and the actual service is so relaxing that anytime I'm headed to Pennsylvania, I booked my airline ticket and then book an appointment for a mani/pedi and drive the 4-hour round trip from Wilkes-Barre... Okay, so I'm rambling, but that's only because this place is worth it!!! My gel set and polish always look excellent and last a very long time. The prices are affordable. I've never had to complain or ask they re-do something. I love conversing with the employees while they're performing your service. Oh and on New Year's, they even gifted me a medium size tube of green tea lotion. I use it all the time. I've never been to a salon that treats customers this outstanding. I have moved out of the area and live past King of Prussia and still make the 90 minute commute for her to continue to color, cut and style my hair. She cares about the quality of my hair, and doesnt try to just upsell products and services that would possibly damage my hairto make more money. The shop is always clean, carries brand products and all of the ladies that work there, have been there for years. I cant reccomend this place enough

Note- my damaged ends are still there, but she said since it is dyed, it appears more damaged when I can clearly see all the split ends I wanted to get rid of, unfortunately I'm going to have to go to another salon and get an actual haircut. The first set was a disaster. Within 3 days they started lifting, I had to glue one on just to buy me time to go back and had them fix. I went back on day 5 to have them all removed and redone. I believe everyone deserve a chance so I set up my second appointment three weeks later Fast forward 3 weeks later, From the beginning she asked me what I wanted and I told her the same thing as the last time as it worked out for me. I explained placing a builder on by itself doesn't seem to work, let's just add the nail extension to prevent lifting just like she had done before. She disregarded my concerns and went ahead by placing the builder on my nail. Guess what? My nails started lifting 2 days later. Mind you I lived 40 minutes away and I pay toll going there. So I went back again for my nails to get fix again. I show her my inspo look and you would not believe the result I got. On top of that she wanted to charge me an extra $70 for the length. Just take a look at the photos. I don't mind paying for good quality work, why does it have to be so hard to find good and reliable people on this planet.

This is what my nails look like directly from walking out the door getting them done. The pinky's and thumbs are significantly longer on one hand than the other. The shape is not the same on all, some are wise some are thin. Some are angled to the side instead of being straight. The polish applied looks awful in my opinion. The color is beautiful and I appreciate the tiny design, but aside from that, I hate these nails and don't intend on returning. Also, the whole process was rushed and the employees had an attitude and were rude when I entered. Their studies were fine by the end of the nail session. However I also witness them get rude with another client that came in after me. I also didn't like that they made me pay halfway through the service. It was very unsettling and it didn't give room for me to ask for anything additionally to added/ changed.
