First time visit, and first time on yelp. The atmosphere was comfortable and the service was friendly and knowledgeable. I called ahead to ask about bringing our own wine, and if they had a corking fee and they do not have that option. The house Merlot was good and our server Dawn suggested getting a half carafe. It was plenty. A video of Italian opera played. I heard the music before I saw the screen. Since it was my first time I ordered my favorite dish Chicken Marsala and Debbie ordered Veal Piccata. Dawn brought us a basket of bread and dipping oil. I ordered a salad. Nothing fancy but crisp and fresh. The food was prepared quickly and both were tender and the portions were generous. If in Italian cuisine, Cacciatore means "Hunter Style", this presentation was hunting for a soup bowl to stay in. Spaghetti and meat balls was ok but the sauce was too thin and flavorless. Two veal dishes were ok except the sauces were very thin and lacked flavor. Better than the dishwater Cacciatore but not by much. At the suggestion of friend's we thought we would try LaBella Napoli. I was not impressed. The menus we were given were so dirty, maybe a wipe down once in a while would fix that. My husband ordered the veal parm and I the Shrimp Scampi. Nice size portions however they have little to choose from for sides. They do not have soup and only pasta as a side or your salad. The topper was when I asked for another napkin, and we were handed a single sheets of paper towels. Considering their pricing they could do better than that. Tried this local restaurant in St Cloud. I originally walked in looking for some pizza ( because I want to try every pizza place) but they informed me that they only had personal pizza and it was more of a restaurant rather than a good old pizza shop. So I left and came back another day. Now I want to be fair so I'll start with positive aspects..... The food was decent, the bread was warm ..... Ok, now on to how I really feel. First it smelled kind of weird when we walked in. The carpet was dirty looking. I decided to give it a chance anyway. I hadn't checked any reviews on Yelp yet so I opened the app just to take a look, there were mixed reviews. The staff seemed nice. The dining area is small and colorful. They had opera playing on a tv in the corner, it gave the feel of a mom and pop Italian restaurant, which it was. Against my better judgement we ordered. I ordered the Manicotti and my husband ordered the Lasagne, both entrees came with a small house salad. The tomatoes looked a little sketchy so I skipped it. When The food came the presentation was decent and what I would expect from an Italian restaurant. It was piping hot so we had to wait about 5-10 mins before we could eat. When we finally bit into it, my husband described it as a step above Stouffer's. I didn't think it was that bad. My manicotti tasted ok, nothing to brag about but good enough. The sauce was a bit sweet though, I hate sweet sauce. They had a kids menu but did not have pizza on the menu for children so I had to order an adult size and priced personal pizza for my 5 year old son. So we got through dinner and we're ready to go. We asked for a box and my husband and I were deep in conversation and the server went to pack the boxes, I told her I would do it. Not a problem for me I do it every day at home. The box she gave me was broken, ok no problem, I asked for another one, I packed it. When my son finished his pizza and she came over again and went to pack his food.... Even though I had already told her I would do it earlier. While I appreciate her willingness to help, I prefer to do it myself. I let her and she picked my sons pizza up WITH HER HANDS! .... WHAT?!!!! I stopped her and said "I CAN DO IT" then I packed the rest of the food, minus the finger pizza and left. I was so disgusted! WHO DOES THAT?! I went in to pick up my order. When I called my order in, I requested extra sauce, they usually don't put too much sauce on. I was waiting for them to finish packing my order when the waitress went over to get extra sauce. The owner started yelling at her. While yelling he started the cursing and of course it wouldn't mean anything unless that F word was used. The younger generation could care less what they say and. how they say it and in front of anyone. He had no respect for the customers, for the waitress, and surely not for me, sitting right there. I go to this restaurant once and sometimes twice a month. I have been going for years. I am an Italian from New Jersey and I love restaurants especially Italian restaurants. When I moved to Florida I searched for places to eat and when I found La Bella Napoli (the restaurant) I was one happy camper. The run specials from time to time and there regular menu is just as good. I have only once had take out and everything was ready when I arived. Just to make sure we are talking about the restaurant located in the same strip mall as the Gold's Gym in Saint Cloud and not the pizzeria with the same name. Anyway, I know the owners and they are great, hard workers (Because when I go to the place it is packed) so they are very busy. The food is cooked fresh and you cannot rush them. I will never come back here. The manager is so ignorant to his customers. This was our first time here and we ordered a couple sodas, they were flat so she said she fixed the machine and the next would be better, it wasn't, but no big deal we just ordered iced tea. I ordered the formaggio, I thought it was red sauce with 4 types of cheese, when it got to the table it was Alfredo sauce which I don't eat. I asked for just some spaghetti and red sauce and I apologized. The manager kept yelling at me and my family saying we need to stop running her around.
