For an appetizer, the server said the burrata plate is their most popular, but due to our mood we ordered the truffle fries which were quite hearty as if they were cut and twice fried in house. In general, truffle oil can linger on the tastebuds but that is not the case here, the fries were perfectly salty with a mild truffle flavor that did not interfere with other foods. I can see myself never ordering the same thing twice as there are many menu options. I look forward to returning! Santa Mozzarella is located in a Winn Dixie shopping plaza with plentiful shared parking. There is indoor seating only and seating is limited as this establishment is quite small.
