They also had a pretty strong citrus flavor to them as well while not overly acidic. Just the right amount of salt, and served hot. Can't complain much other than the size of the boiled crawfish compared to everywhere else, they were much smaller. Mostly small, some medium sized. A little bit more of a garlic hint in the seasoning would have been nice as well but not enough to knock a star off the rating. Give em a try!

Yeah it was kind of hard to miss that building. The reason I went to the Westwego Marketplace was because one of my friends kept talking about all the cheap seafood they sold out there. But still the pink one stood out the most. We kept our part of the bargain arriving at 7am, but there were no 600 sacks of crawfish and no apologies.
