Not sure why the rating to this place is so low, I'd give it more stars if I could! The place is sanitary, new tools are always opened for every client, and I see them change the plastic wrap inside the foot bath, after every person. The place is also very clean. Nails techs are also very friendly, gentle, and not harsh with your feet and cuticles. The wait time is not long either, they have enough nail techs. I get the Opi Spa Pedicure every time. My feet always end up soft, silky smooth, and callous free for just $45 with gel polish. The foot massages are always great too. 100% do recommend, excellent service always, will keep on returning for my pedicures!

Beware of their 48 hour repair policy which I didn't know about, they will not repair the gel nail for free if it's been more than 48 hours which I don't think is fair. I came in for a trim and left with about 4+ inches cut off. I understand that my hair was dead at the end but I've had stylist work with me to cut at my comfort and then recommend products for the next visit. She told me she was going to chop off what appeared to be 2 inches. She cut off a lot more than that. I think the pictures will speak for themselves. When I looked at the ground and noticed that It was a lot more than she originally told me she told me to stop staring at the ground cause all that hair didn't serve me anymore. I'd be happy if I had a head full of healthy hair. But the end result is choppy and rushed. I'm going to have to fix it at another place and cut even more length than orginally intended. The ladies in here didn't speak much English and luckily I knew enough to say what I wanted done plus a had a pic handy lol. they were really nice and did a great job on my daughters hair! I liked that they had cartoons on and a little play area to keep the kids busy while we waited. Kids cuts are only 7.50 so the price is amazing!
