Chelia is very communicative in asking questions during the cutting process and making sure that is what we want for our kids. Overall, she has done a great job in customer service and catering to our needs. The overall place is kid friendly and they offer balloons and lollipops for the kids. We asked for a medium fade with longer hair and texture on top, and Becky absolutely delivered. Our son isn't used to clippers, but she was incredibly friendly, calm, and efficient, which made a huge difference. She also went through the cut multiple times to clean everything up and make sure it looked right. Her presence alone made it easy for our son to sit through the entire cut. Everything was great during the cut. They put on his favorite TV show and gave him toys to play with. I was happy with how it looked at the end. However, I was unaware that his hair HAD to be slicked back like that - I uploaded during the haircut, right after for a photo, and right after a store 10 mins later (you can tell it's all the same day because he's wearing the same outfit). When I noticed that his hair to be slicked back that or the top of his head was complete butchered - I was really upset.
