Absolutely horrible experience. Mike and Tim helped us, and the service was rushed, sloppy, overpriced, and extremely unprofessional. I honestly regret spending my money here. There was another girl waiting for about an hour before us, and I personally saw them tell her to leave because they "didn't have time" to do her nails anymore. She had been waiting before I even arrived, so the fact that they couldn't accommodate her after making her wait that long already says a lot about how they treat their customers. From the moment I walked in, I was disappointed. I saw a girl get up from the chair, and not even a minute later, Mike told me to sit down. He did not take the time to properly sanitize the tools, clean the area, or clean his cart before starting. The supplies and materials appeared dirty, and the carts were not organized. For a nail salon, that was honestly gross and made me very uncomfortable. The actual service was just as bad. They do not do designs, and the work itself was sloppy. They don't seem to have the proper tools or technique to provide the quality you would expect. Everything felt rushed, as if they were more concerned with getting through each customer and going home than actually caring about the work they were doing. We were also extremely disappointed with the pricing. We were charging $30 to come back the following day just to change the color--no design, no additional service, literally just changing the color. Considering the quality of the original service, that felt completely unreasonable and made us feel taken advantage of. We did not leave a tip because the service did not warrant one. The attitude was also very uncomfortable. They were rude, and at one point they began speaking to each other in their language while clearly appearing upset. Based on their tone and body language, it felt like they were talking negatively about us. Whether or not that was actually what they were saying, the way they behaved made the atmosphere very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Tim tried to be nice and seemed a little more approachable, but unfortunately, the overall experience was still terrible. Do not be fooled by the aesthetic of this place. The appearance may look nice at first, but the actual service did not match it at all. The tools and work areas did not appear properly maintained, the service was rushed, and there was very little attention to detail. Overall, this place made us feel like customers were simply being rushed through so they could collect the money and move on to the next person. There was no sense that they genuinely cared about the clients or took pride in their work. Overpriced. Rushed. Sloppy. Unprofessional. Poor sanitation. Poor customer service. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this nail shop. This was one of the worst nail experiences I've had, and I would never come back. read more

Came in late while I was on a weekend trip to Vegas. There was a wait but I didn't mind. Tim did my pedicure and I loveeee it! He's very friendly, quick, and my feet look great. I cannot remember who did my nails but she was SO fast! I was nervous that they'd look terrible since it was already past closing and she was rushing but they look incredible! He did a messy job, but my nails didn't look clean, and my cuticles weren't properly cut. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure, was seated immediately, and told the nail tech that my nails are very thin. I went to him to get a simple said that should've cost me about $45 and the lady charge me 55, my husband went in with me to get a $35 pedicure and then the small amount of time of just cutting nails and cleaning the feet, which was supposedly included in the service my nail technician was arguing with the pedicure person. She knew that she was only gonna charge us 35 and she marked it up to 45 because she supposedly scrubbed calluses but that was already included in the service now they came up first on Google as the place to go, it's in a shopping center that's really torn down they were renovating it or something Would I recommend this place probably not I remember a Lotta other places that if you go down or go towards Henderson, there's cheaper places to go to and they do better services. Don't be fooled by Google for some reason that place came up first I wouldn't go, but I'm not saying they didn't do a good job on my hands. I think the lady arguing with the person doing the seat in front of customers was bad And she was arguing with her without Customer prior to my husband about what she should do for her services no matter what. My manicurist was trying to get the most money out of everything and she probably would've got a bigger tip. Had she not done that. My advice is don't go to this place. The shape was on point, the length was perfect (not too long, not too short) and everything was smooth. No bubbles or uneven edges and the entire process only took a little over an hour. Honestly, the hardest part is picking a color; there were literally so many options and designs you can add on! When in doubt, I go with what the nail tech suggests. This was my experience: -[ ] Upon arrival, salon appeared to be acceptable. Cute decor. I've definitely walked away from much worse. -[ ] My assigned technician looked sloppy. Was walking around with his fly (zipper) down. Wore baggy, wrinkly clothes. Not a great impression for a professional. I'm not saying he should be wearing a suit, but put yourself together. You're running a business! - [ ] Once we were seated at the foot spa chairs, I noticed my technician's supply cart was dirty and unorganized. You can always tell a lot about the service you're going to get based off of the cleanliness and organization of their supply cart! I knew to keep an eye on what he was doing. - [ ] My technician was about to use dirty tools on me! I had noticed tools in his cart were left behind from the previous customer. They were CLEARLY used nail files. I pulled my foot away and called him out on it. (Idk about Nevada, but where I come from each customer gets a new set-up; clean station, new towels, new unused tools, etc.) - [ ] He became visibly annoyed by this. Started speaking in his native language to another employee, clearly upset. He got up and grabbed new supplies. - [ ] He used a stainless steel foot file on me. I was looking at my phone and did not see where it came from. After the technician rinsed it off in the water, he stuffed it back in the side of his cart. Makes me wonder if he sanitizes it between clients. Based on the way his dirty cart looked, it's highly unlikely. If he were going to sanitize it, he would have left it out on top as a reminder that it needs to be cleaned properly. Why stuff it in the bottom, inside part of the cart? - [ ] Foot file scrubbing was minimal. - [ ] Salt scrub and lotion massage was super short. - [ ] Toe nails were trimmed uneven and polish was sloppy. - [ ] I would not recommend this nail salon. Came here to get mine & my boyfriends nails done. The girl that did my boyfriends nails did a good job, but the man who claimed he was the owner did my set and they came out horrible. I had a bad experience at another salon so I always try and let the nail techs know exactly what I want. So I tried telling the guy I like my nails to look natural and not too thick, he sarcastically asked me "anything else?" And then proceeded to try and convince me he knew what I wanted and to stop telling him what to do, so I stopped. A few customers came in towards the end so he started rushing me to get to the other customers. The nails came out super thick, uneven, chipped and the design looks like it was done by a toddler. My original pedi lady canceled & I really needed to get my toes done since it's summer, so I called here to see if they had availability, they told me to come in, so I did. These are my observations & impressions... 1. When I walked in I was pleased to see that it had a nice aesthetic & a lot of color options. 2. However it was hard for me understanding them for their English is very broken & dont understand English very well. 3. They made me wait in the pedicure chair for 20 mins before I got service (the guy told me he needed to eat his lunch since he hasn't gotten one) obviously I'm not going to be like no you can't have lunch, so I waited. 4. The reason I would say not to come here is simply because there is no true sanitation visible! - he used open tools (maybe used) on me. - his cart seemed dirty & unorganized. - I got a small mid massage - I showed him the inspo pic & completely ignored the details & almost used a pink base color when the photo had a nude base... - didn't put much importance into shaping & when I asked for him to fix the French tip on all toes because they were not frenchingggg he kinda complained that he had to do it. - when he finished the French I was not happy so I told him & he got upset & said how much work he put into making it perfect (not perfect at allllll!) so I asked for full color (he was not very happy) - his fingernails were visibly dirty & not trimmed. - he cleaned the tools with the water that was on the bowl (where my feet were) & put it back into the cart... the file he used was clearly very used... - he didn't clean up the smeared left over polish which I was very annoyed about. I've learned over time there's no use in arguing if you didn't like the service... just leave a review for others to hear your experience because they will only get offended & do nothing about your experience. Went to Valencia Nails, and super satisfied & a little more with how my nails came out! I recently had my nails done for a music festival and thought I would go all out. I hadn't done my nails in a while so I figured I would treat myself to a full acrylic set including design and basic pedi (not pictured, nothing special). Vevee was super nice and made sure the entire manicure and pedicure was painless and comfortable. I asked for an ombré springtime look with some Inspo from Pinterest and then gave Vevee complete control of the rest. So happy with how they came out and what she did to each nail! When I first walked in, I noticed the cleanliness and the glamorous style with white flooring, black and white marble contrast, and even some Chanel wall art. From there, I was greeted and asked what services I would like done and escorted to a spa chair with automatic massage options. The relaxing hot water and chair massage alone let me unwind. I had a gel manicure and pedicure done. The foot massage and scrub was exactly what I needed being on my feet all day from work. After that, VeeVee did my gel manicure. I wanted something "summer ready" and chose a neutral peach color. VeeVee suggested adding some glitter, and I couldn't be happier with he perfect mix of summer and glitz. Since this was the first week of opening, they are offering 20% off all services. I felt special and was glad the workers were so attentive and enthusiastic towards me. This place has great star rating but unfortunately my experience didn't live up to the rating. I experienced a below satisfactory customer service. I began having my nails done by one employee they moved me around to three different nail technicians. The first two of which were very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I would say you get what you pay for, but the prices are a little unreasonable for the service and experience I received. My two start rating is solely for the effects of the owner who tried to make my experience better but, even that was subpar. SO HORRIBLE! I went here yesterday to get my acrylic toe nails SOAKED off, which I specified from the start. The lady started trying to pry them off with a plastic nail tip and I asked her NOT to do that because it would ruin my real toe nails. She got an attitude and started complaining about how long it would take to soak them off. (Which it didn't it took less than 30 mins.) We we're going back and forth until she finally started the soak off. She also used a drill which was fine, I just didn't want them ripped off. She got down the the last toe, my left big toe. She then again started using a plastic nail tip to try and rip off the rest of the acrylic that was left. And BAM my toe starts bleeding from her cracking/lifting up my real toenail!!! It was bleeding a lot and I just told her to stop touching it because it hurt. She continued to put different liquids on my toe which made it burn bad! After all of this I just asked if I could pay because I was DONE. The other lady told me to come back tomorrow so they could finish & I could pay then. But there's no way I'll be going back. I started crying as soon as I got to my car, this was traumatizing. On top of all of this they tried to say my toe started bleeding because I have "fungus" which i DONT. read more

Trust me, if I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I went with my girlfriend and got a manicure, and pedicure, they rushed through both. They convinced me to put a clear coat on my fingernails and rushed so as you can see in the pictures there's spots where my nails have no clear coat (the pictures were took in the parking in the car). They did a horrible job cutting my nails, I could have done a better job at home. I got the manicure specifically for my hangnails and as you can see they didn't tend to them. The pedicure didn't come with the hot rocks, wax or a massage all of which was said to be included. they didn't put lotion on my hands. I'm pretty sure they put nair on the lady sitting next to us, and got mad when she complained that it burned her and that she didn't want nair. They charged us $150 for 2 simple manicure/pedicures when it says on the wall that it's only 55 for a mani/pedi. They overcharged us for services that we didn't receive and argued that they used gel for my clear coat, and when I showed them that they didn't they said it was only a 5 dollar difference and if it was such a big deal not to come back.
