It is located inside the Growler Sports Bar, close to the lobby. The host at Growler showed us the entrance, and since we arrived right at opening time, we were able to choose any seating we liked. They have a great cocktail menu. I tried the Brunch Bootleg and the Pink Lady, and both were delicious. What I also loved is that they can create off menu cocktails based on your preferred flavor profile, making the experience feel even more personalized. They also have a few off list draft beer options for only $10. There are three parking options available: valet for $30, self parking at the hotel for $20, or free 3 hour self parking across the street.

There were 6 of us. The gal who was doing security gave us menus and said the bartender would be by and they do table service. She gave us menus but no water. We waited for more than 10 minutes and watched two bartenders behind the bar never come over, not even greet us, bring us water, say "hey I will be with you" ... nothing. And they weren't rushed or slammed, nobody was ordering, they just didn't come out to us or even look at us, bring us waters, nothing. And by the way, their menu is disgustingly overpriced. $25 cocktails (very basic) Average cost for a GLASS OF WINE.. $30-$55 per POUR. for a mid af $100 bottle of wine lol. 55 dollars per glass of wine and we could not get an acknowledgment whatsoever. We ended up getting up and leaving and as we were walking out the bartender ran over (super quick btw, so he does have legs) and said hey where are you guys going, and we said we're leaving and he said "I was gonna come over right now" It was so cringe like he was chasing a tip from us since we had a medium size party. Not worth the hype, not worth the reviews, the influencers who post about this place probably worked something out with the management or hotel because this place is a total miss. Not even a swing and a miss. I can't say enough bad things about it.

The cocktail menu is interesting and full of lots of delicious options. My cocktail was made to perfection and our service was on point. We came in late one night so there was plenty of seating, but typically it's reservation only, so be sure and make a Resy if you want to make sure you can get in. Tijuana is full of hidden gems like this and Nortico is a welcome addition. Get off Revolution and check this spot out!

She…read moretaught me about all the different spirits that Mexico manufactures (other than the well known spirits of Tequila and Mezcal) and knew how to showcase the unique spirits of Mexico with cocktails that really leverage these spirits. She recommended a milk punch cocktail that incorporated Sotol, which is kind of like tequila but instead of fermenting agave, it ferments Dasylirion and is made only in Chihuahua. Then she recommended a cocktail that leverages a Mexican produced corn liquor in a Negroni but with gin subbed with mezcal. Both of these cocktails are bartenders choice and not on the menu, but the fact that they can execute such innovative cocktails so we'll speaks to the level of dedication bartenders at this bar have. Renee even gave pointers as to where I might be able to buy some of the bottles they use and for a few other bars of similar caliber to visit nearby. Instead of ending my trip at Nortico as previously planned, she helped me find a really cool new bar in Tijuana! Highly recommend.

Cozy pit stop with sandwiches for $7?! Yes please…read more Food: 5/5 We came in here to check out the vinyls, and when we saw the sandwich for $5.99, we HAD to get one. We got everything in it, and added avocado for $1. The peperoncini was free to add on the side. The sandwich was yum, but for $7, it is the best I've ever eaten. Service: 4.5/5 The person who took our order was so kind, offering us water when we didn't order any drinks and making sure we needed nothing else while we ate. Atmosphere: 4.5/5 It's so so cozy in here! I think it turns into a bar after dark, and the place is the right ambiance for both AM and PM. It was decently packed, and there are games to borrow! I would recommend this place for a casual lunch, a coffee run, or a third-space hang out. Amazing, no notes. Final rating: 4.67/5 (rounding up to 5 on Yelp)

They serve coffee during the day and alcohol at night. Since we came at night, we tried their cocktails. I was impressed with the variety of alcohol choices from sake, soju, wine and mixed cocktails. I chose So Fresh and So Clean, which exactly was the taste when I sipped this drink. The garnishing was minimal, so I was a little disappointed that the presentation wasn't that great. I ordered Just like candy and I loved the candy garnish as this was a fun twist to this drink. I did want the cocktails be a little more alcohol forward since I didn't feel it very much. Service was okay as we had to flag someone down to place another drink order. This place will reopen again soon and I'll try the cocktails again. Nice place to relax and unwind before or after dinner or in the morning with your coffee.

They offer a wide variety of craft beers, making it easy to find something you'll enjoy whether you prefer IPAs, lagers, stouts, or seasonal brews. My go-to menu item is the steak nachos. They're loaded with flavor, generously portioned, and pair perfectly with a cold beer. If you're looking for a casual place with excellent craft beer and great food, NOVO Brazil Brewing in Imperial Beach is definitely worth a visit. The beer variety is outstanding, and the steak nachos are a must-try.

I mean, people totally still watch sports here of course and so do I, but what I mean is the space is bright and expansive, the location is lovely, and the monitors are ginormous. More importantly, the food and drinks are at least somewhat interesting. Not even sure if I've had hard kombucha before. I probably have, but I don't remember. These are largely light, sour, and fruity, which are the sort of alcohol I've been addicted to lately anyways. And they have cool fruits like dragonfruit and lychee. The bowls and fruit salad were what originally caught my eye. I was not feeling a berry salad, so I got a carne asada bowl, and it was delicious. The steak was soft and peppery, and the ratio of ingredients was well balanced. The hummus, kale, and salsas made for a fun Mediterranean flavor, and the basmati rice was fluffy and consistent. It's sad, but it's hard to find an Asian restaurant in town that makes a rice bowl this good.
