I had placed a catering order in person and paid a day in advance only to arrive at the restaurant and find out that my food was not ready. The day before I set up a specific pick up time to be sure the food will be ready and out before my guests arrive. The manager refused to speak with me, and the cashier could only shrug her shoulders and claim that they had no knowledge of my order. This level of disrespect and lack of communication is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time and appetite. read more

Came in for lunch and I ordered one taquitos plate. I received 3 small taquitos with lettuce, cream and cheese. I was charged 12 dollars. WTF.. 12 bucks for 3 small rolled taquitos? I used to come here and that was their lunch special for under 5 bucks. When I asked about this, just in case they made a mistake at the register, I was told the price was right. This place just lost a long time customer. This is highway robbery for what I got. I could get 3 nice fish tacos for less and loaded for the same price. I tried to call the restaurant and nobody answered and when I asked for salsa they charge and the container was not even full of salsa... service has been going down the drain. I chewed and spit out the food. Yes they give you large quantities, but that's all they are known for. It's like they give you more veggies and like if they were feeding the cattle. However, I have a fine tooth for food and this is just food on a plate, but not scrumptious at all. Sorry bufadora you've let me down. Maybe if they change ownership or staffing that cooks and knows better I'll be back in time who knows. But for now hands down on Fish Taco Express! read more

The chicken which is supposed to grilled, was boiled chicken, which I dont really like and it's kinda gross. Also, hardly any chicken in this $10 burrito. The texture was rubbery and gray color. The fries were sad sad fries. They were over re fried fries, overcooked and soggy. Old fries. The shrimp burrito was good according to the spouse. But, my son had stomach issues after he ate his tacos. Salsa and chiles were good. Service was descent.
