We arrived here at 8:30 with a party of 9 after attending a Vigil for my father who had just passed away. The servers greeted us immediately and put a couple of tables together to accommodate our party. The server took our drink orders and chips and salsa showed up to the table immediately their after. Drinks were delivered and our order was taken. Not long after, our food was brought out. Everything was hot and made correctly. Refills were plentiful and the food was delicious. the separate checks were delivered and were accurately calculated. All in all everything was excellent. Gotta tell you, probably last time here. The food is okay but the service continues to just be horrible. After being sat (again with no silverware) our waiter did appear to take drink orders...then disappeared. One of our party requested lime for her drink...it was given to another table. Then requested again...appeared on a tray and went away. No straws so we went to the bar to get them. Table side guacamole not made table side. The waiters just act as though you are a bother...it's unbelievable. Watched others around us arrive, wait, get up to get their own silverware, straws, etc. Oh, finally got limes by going to the bar. It just became comical. Waiter had to return for our orders twice because he wrote down nothing. The food did finally come out an hour after we arrived. Just not worth it ya know. Then, the place had the 'free' ice cream machines when you leave...neither were operating. Unbelievable! All that bad service and no free I've cream. Never been to this restaurant but I love eating Mexican food whenever I go. I had a family of 6 with me and the person that was serving the drinks and salsa was LITERALLY throwing each item on the table and ended up spilling green sauce all over my 3 year old sons back. I understand that most people don't like their jobs or they have bad days but this attitude was taken out on a 3 YEAR OLD who had to be wiped down and sit there with a cold T-shirt while he ate his lunch. So I asked for the server to not be at my table anymore. As we received our food I witnessed the server that was removed from my table and the waiter laughing as they looked down at our table. No customer should have to tolerate this type of behavior! At this point I don't know if the server just had a bad day or he didn't like the fact that he was serving a black family but either way this is not the definition of good customer service! read more

This was a terrible Mexican food experience. We came in with a big group of 12 and were seated after a short wait. The restaurant smelled musty and not clean. We were given 2 menus for 8 adults. The drinks came out quickly. The waiter was friendly and worked hard. However, the food was terrible! Of the 12 meals ordered, 8 of them were not eaten. They were dried out and overcooked, flavorless, and appeared as though they had been sitting out for a long time. Several of the meals were not even what we ordered. For example two meals were supposed to be bacon wrapped chicken and we were served bacon wrapped shrimp. The whole time we were there though the waiter never asked why no one was eating, why everyone left full plates, why no one wanted take out boxes, and we never saw a manager. After the long wait for food, we decided to just pay the bill and leave. Sadly, it was a huge disappointment. We wont be back. read more

There has been a number of things gone wrong with this place. I used to go all the time until my mothers card information got stolen and charged by Walmart 3 different times for $100. And now this happened again to my card... I don't use this hardly ever, maybe 3 different occasions and this place was one of them. Now I've got Walmart charges to the card I used. I think there is something sketchy going on, am I the only person that this has happened to?? One of the waiters also stole my co workers change and said they have it back when they in fact didn't come back to the table. read more

This is my second visit to this establishment. The first time was during lunch and the service seemed to be awkward but I thought I would give it another shot. I accepted it is simply mediocre service and food. I ordered a small guacamole and it was just mashed avocado. Wow!! The chicken enchiladas were not bad. I gave it 2 Stars due to the service. Awful experience. Came on a Sunday and was seated immediately in a small table crammed in a corner. Placed our drink orders and the waiter proceeded to forget about our table. We saw him stop at all the other tables in out area multiple times but not ours. It wasn't until I stood up to go to the front (after 15-20 minutes) that he noticed me and came by. After finally placing our orders I was served the wrong dish (chicken rather than beef) but because the waiter never stopped by again I couldn't even have my dish fixed. It finally required me going up to the front to talk to the hostess (who then had to go find the waiter). At this point we had been in the restaurant for over an hour and I was in no mood to wait for my dish to be remade. I paid for my girlfriends dish, received absolutely no apology or compensation, and left hungry. I've had good food experiences previously at this location but the service and customer treatment was absolutely inexcusable. I will not be back read more

I love the Micheladas and Coronaritas here! And for food I recommend the tacos al carbon!!

very good food, service can be a little slow at times, but the margaritas are great. and the food is about as good as tex mex gets.
