For example, when I asked for a specific amount of meat, such a 1/2 pound of ranchera, they gave me much more than I requested, then, when I politely asked them to trim it down to the amount I wanted, they seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. It appears that they have a little interest in providing good customer service. They always look upset, stressed and bothered by customer's request. When you shop at any market, you expect friendly, respectful, and efficient service. I would suggest that the store manager install a customer suggestion box to help address this kinds of problems and improve customer service. It would also be a good idea for management to read the customer reviews on YELP, as they may provide valuable feedback about these ongoing issues.

I've read those are due to hormones in the chickens. Is it true? I don't know. They have a nice variety of cuts and if you like sausage, they have several flavors! Definitely worth checking out.
