The walk-in humidor has some of the best selections of cigars you can find. If you don't know what you want, the owner provides great insight and recommends you a cigar based off of your experience and needs. Choosing to set inside or out in the patio is always a tough choice because you cannot go wrong with either one. If you choose to sit inside, it truly feels like being at that part of your home were you go to relax and unwind. There are multiple tvs with primetime UFC, NFL, NHL and NBA games. If you are looking to do some activities while you enjoy your cigar you can grab some friends and have a poker tournament or play some board games. Or you sit on one of the many sofas, read or get some work done. The outside patio feels serene. The lighting and set up of the patio gives an area of peace and quiet in an otherwise busy city. L.C.C.L. is super solid in every way, however I will note they're in the mid range and up as far as other cigar shops in the valley as well as throughout L.A. They're under new ownership so a lot of things are being updated, including their website. Clean inviting atmosphere, very limited parking lot, but plenty of street. WOW , what amazing experiences I have had at this cigar lounge. I went for the first time roughly two weeks ago and once again tonight , it feels like I'm in paradise when I go. Plenty of inventory to choose from and a nice little back patio with patio heaters to chill, listen to good jams and just enjoy each other's company. Very unfortunate to be charging a cut fee for each outside cigar. That is one way to drive your customers away. Especially after purchasing 3 house cigars. The man that was there was the owner and is very aggressive in his tone of communication and rude. There are plenty of cigar lounges I've been too and have never been treated like this. Just visited this place yesterday. I was driving by and it caught my attention from the outside so I did a u turn and went in. The place inside is very nice and comforting. I went into the humidor and a worker followed behind me and helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed. He showed me what they had in stock and all brands. He wanted to know what kinda cigars I prefer so he can narrow down the best selections. Once I made my choice he showed me around since it was my first time. Sadly I couldn't stay and sit down. Was really excited to check out this place but unfortunately I walked into the lounge mid-day on 1/28/23 - a man (who I later learned worked there) was sitting outside on the bench in the front tying his shoe. I walked in and didn't see anyone in the store so I started browsing. A few moments later the man who was outside came in, aggressively said to me "how the fuck did you get in here" and then came into the cigar room with me and shut the door behind him - which was very scary. He accused me of stealing and I told him I didn't like how he was treating me and I left. Really disappointing, I'm a black woman and that was racist and uncalled for, and I definitely felt unsafe alone in the cigar room with him after what he said and did. That man shouldn't be working in a customer-facing role. Won't be back. read more

They have a very nice outdoor lounge area, which is unusual in LA. Unfortunately, the cigars are way overpriced - $5-$10 dollars more than the same sticks at Havana in Studio City or Cigar Sanctuary in NoHo. One would think for it being located in a low rent area, the cost savings would be passed along, but not so. Also, it's a small selection. Finally, it's under-humidified, so the sticks are drier than they should be. But, again, they put a lot of effort into the look and feel of the place, which is nice. read more
