They make their own syrups, which is so hard to find! We got the cascara latte and honey lavender.... When I arrived at the drive-through, I was told to pull forward and wait. After sitting in line behind multiple cars, I was then told they couldn't complete my order because of the time it was placed. This makes no sense. If the order isn't valid -- especially if I was already charged and told to pull forward -- the app should not allow customers to place it in the first place. With today's technology, situations like this should be prevented to avoid wasting customers' time and creating unnecessary frustration. Having to wait in line only to be turned away with no real solution is unacceptable customer service. If a location already has low customer ratings, experiences like this only reinforce why improvements are needed. Customers deserve accurate ordering systems and clear communication. I'm rarely satisfied with this location, and this experience only adds to that. You're a billion-dollar corporation, and this simply doesn't add up. Do better. This is one more reason people start walking away.
