We went for lunch today. I got a "breakfast" dish of scrambled eggs and chorizo. My husband got a burrito. We ordered a horchata and a cantaloupe agua fresco. The chips were delicious, homemade, hot, and fresh! My husbands burrito got slices of avocado and roasted jalapeños on it and it was huge! I got scrambled eggs and chorizo with potatoes and rice. I dislike most potatoes and don't typically order 'home fries' but these were delicious! They tasted like a kettle chip on the outside! I ate a lot. lol. The waitress/host was very friendly and helpful. The food came out in great time. The ambiance is nice. Could hold a large party. The drinks were delicious! A disappointing experience. Came here on a weekday for lunch. The space is a straight shot to the back and has a bar on the right. The area feels open and has a good amount of seating. Unfortunately they didn't have their liquor license so the bar wasn't operable but has a nice layout when they do. They give you free caldo and chips & salsa. Unfortunately the caldo was cold, the chips were store bought and bland, and the salsa was more like tomato juice -no flavor or spice. I immediately began thinking maybe i should just leave at that point, I wish I would've. The waitress was friendly but not very attentive for a place that only had 3 tables of people. I had long waits in between getting an item and being able to receive service. I ordered the tacos dorados with shredded beef. Presentation wise it looked good! Flavor wise it was lacking and wasn't hot. The meat in the tacos had no flavor and most of it was just empty shell. I was given my food and was left alone for quite a long time. I didn't see my waitress again until almost 25 minutes later to get the check. I didn't even finish my meal & left to go get a burrito elsewhere. It's very unfortunate as there isn't new places opening up in Lemoore like there is Hanford so I was very excited to try a family owned establishment and support local. Unfortunately I cannot recommend anyone come here as the lack of seasoning in both the food and salsas makes for a horrible meal. Topping that with the subpar customer service in a nearly empty restaurant & no alcohol to have a margarita or beer with the meal means I won't be back here. read more

Was here on a date during lunch. Only came cause he sent me a list of restaurants near him, when I was browsing the list, I saw the word "colesterol" and was like, "wait, what? No way that's what I think it is" and did a google translate and yup. House of Cholesterol. I mentioned it and we both laughed but I had no interest in eating at a place that self proclaims it's the home of cholesterol but we both are unfamiliar with the area, there wasn't a lot of choices and we were kinda curious so... why not? Arrived and maybe there was one other customer there. The server was prompt which was nice. We ordered chips and salsa appetizers and our drinks. Needed extra time to order our food but it didn't take long to arrive either. We both ordered the Supreme Burrito. The menus were large unlaminated paper that was well used. Very crinkled. Badly needing replacing. Appetizer containers it was brought in didn't look clean. Mainly the black container for the salsa. The salsa was like paste water. Barely any flavor. Not restaurant quality imo. The burrito had an imbalance of everything, its like it was filled with: 15% meat, 15% rice, 25% avocado, 30% refried beans, 8% sour cream, 7% cheese When you bite into it, it's all soft and wet. Too wet. Not once did I pick carne asada out my teeth or felt like I had a chunk I was enjoying chewing. Sounds weird maybe but when I have a burrito, I want meat. I expect it to be mostly meat with the other items complimenting it. I should have asked I guess about the proportions. My date ate only a quarter and didn't finish and didn't even want his leftovers. I ate 75%... ignored the lettuce and tomatoes on the plate. That was weird.... The burrito and salsa was edible but unappetizing. Will I return? No. For me 3 stars means I had an average experience. Not great but not bad. I wanted to give 1 star but the server was really nice, so I gave 2 cause he was helpful, prompt and nice. read more

An amazing gem in downtown Lemoore! The service was very kind and accommodating, each bite of the dishes tried from the carnitas burrito from a recent visit, to the empanadas, both times was all fresh and delicious to the point I'm craving any of them all over again. This is one of the worse Mexican Food I've ever had. The meat inside my tacos had zero flavor. Along with the beans and the rice. To say that the lettuce on my tacos had more flavor than the food itself would be an overstatement. I would not recommend this restaurant. read more

For starters the staff is great ,very friendly and welcoming, I really enjoyed the food because it tasted home made which is what I look for when I go to eat at a Mexican restaurant. There's a lot of good Mexican places in Lemoore but this one is becoming my favorite due to their prices being much more reasonable than the others. I've only had basics like tacos and burritos but they were all delicious. My gf loves their variety of drinks. read more

My family and I visited this restaurant recently. I would like to say that we got impressed for the tasteful food they serve. My sons ordered burritos and quesadillas and they enjoyed it a lot. My husband and I tried potato tacos and got to order more... so yummy. The service was very good! The staff were friendly and attentive to us. It's a nice environment there. I was there on Friday night for dinner I had the albóndigas and my son had the carnes asada burrito , my dinner was great, service was excellent, nice young man very attentive. I tried my son's burrito and it was good the albondigas were good as well. Heard about this new spot and wanted to give it a try with my husband and mom. My mom ordered the California Burrito, which advertised meat, nacho cheese, sour cream and guacamole, and we chose chicken. She received an asada burrito, with just fries and meat, no cheese, sour cream or guac. We ordered a side of guac, which never came. Not all people at our table were served at the same time, and my husband didn't receive his entree until we were almost done with ours. The staff were very nice, it seems like they could benefit from some better organization in the kitchen and more experienced wait staff. Time will tell, they're still new. Customer service was great. Server was friendly, approachable and attentive. But unfortunately the food was not good and it tasted bland and the beans tasted spoiled. Went for a Sunday lunch with my family to give this place a chance. There was about 3 other couples and 2 small families there. Upon entering we seated ourselves. The benches are hard to sit on, so we chose the chairs. The waitress took a while to get to us. We did not get chips and salsa right away, we had to ask for it. The salsa was not good and it tasted bland. We ordered a guacamole, it was not chunky or traditional, it was extremely blended and sauce like. The waitress again took forever to take our order. We finally placed our orders and she repeated them twice. We asked for soda, they took forever to bring it. After about 25 mins My husband and I recieved our food and my mother was still waiting for hers. My cheese enchiladas were very cold. The cheese was not melted inside. The rice was also cold. My husband ordered huevos rancheros and the eggs were burnt and potatos were overcooked. Everything was cold. We finished eating and my mother was still waiting for her plate aftee 45 mins. Not once did the waitress check on us. The waitress completely forgot my mother's plate and took the order again which was a comped/on the house plate. It was considerate, but it was cold. We all had stomache aches after. It was very unfortunate as we wanted to give this place a chance. Their service was horrible, food was horrible. Lack of experience and training. Note: They do not offer whole beans only refried with lard so it's not health conscious which I guess lives up to its name. I do not think we will be back. We will stick to Reynas. read more
