The carne asada tacos were delicious - the meat was perfectly grilled with that slight smoky char, incredibly tender, and packed with bold, authentic flavor. Every bite had the perfect balance of juicy carne asada, fresh toppings, and warm tortillas that held everything together without overpowering the star of the show. I also ordered the carne asada plate, and it did not disappoint. The portion was generous and everything on the plate complemented each other from the seasoned meat to the sides. What really stood out is how simple, yet high quality everything is. No shortcuts, just real flavor and consistency. You can tell this is a spot people keep coming back to for a reason. Their chips and salsa is the perfect starter, especially with their salsa verde (my favorite). The esquite was also delicious with hot Cheetos on top. If you're in Puyallup and looking for delicious Mexican food, this taco truck is a must try!

You would eat anything at that point. LOL! The Taco truck is located on the parking lot of Shell Gas station on the corner. I ordered the 3 Quesabirria tacos (shredded beef) for $14.50. It came with the consume dip on the side. I dipped my Quesabirria tacos in the consome dip and it was so delicious, so flavorful with generous filling. I was full on the 2nd one. That was satisfying and truly made an impact on my taste buds that I could not forget. I'd like to go back again like real soon! Highly recommend! =D

Between me & my girl we tried a bunch of different things -- the Texas smoked sausage, guacamole, arroz de la casa, esquite, quesadillas, fish tacos, the 8 oz filet mignon, and the American wagyu burger. Honestly there wasn't a single thing we didn't like. The filet was cooked perfectly & came out on a hot plate. It will continue to cook if you leave it on the plate but they disclose that & give you an extra plate to transfer it to (some people complain about their steak being overcooked but in my opinion that's their own fault lol). The esquite and arroz de la casa were amazing, I'll order both sides every time I come back. Overall it was just a really solid meal. Definitely a place I'd recommend if you're in the Sumner area.

Service is good, not overbearing or too sparse. Prices a bit high, but it's worth it as nearly everything is made in house and high quality. 100% would recommend. WISH THEY WERE OPEN ON TUESDAYS!

One of the best breakfast burrito I have got from a Mexican restaurant. The main reason was because they use hash brown potatoes. Everything was fresh and made to order. I love that they cut it in half too. The salsas were excellent.

They had never had good Mexican food before and were pretty worried about stopping here. We told them this place looked like it would have delicious authentic food. All we had to do was look at the sign in the window and know the owners speak Spanish because it says "Tree Brothers" not THREE BROTHERS! Haha! That sold us on stoppoing by. I wonder if any one every notices that. This is a small, walk up and order at the counter place. The young woman who helped us was patient and friendly with our worried Aussies and suggested steak tacos and a quesadilla. She suggested they use the green sauce from the salsa bar because it has almost no heat. They really loved their food and were pleasantly surprised! I ordered the Chilequiles and my husband go chicken enchiladas. The chilequiles were soooo good! I could eat those every day! The red sauced soaked chips, the perfectly fried egg complemented the well seasoned beans and rice perfectly. My husband liked his enchiladas too. Next time we are driving along I-5 and find ourselves hungry in Fife, we will be stopping. One other thing I appreciated a lot--when we told the young woman at the counter how much we enjoyed the food we had a nice chat with her. She told us about a similar place right near where we live.
