I don't know any details of how anything was made, but it was so perfect. I'm a chronic never finisher of coffee, but I had to slow myself down to keep from finishing it within a couple minutes. The cold foam wasn't sweetened, which worried me, but after swirling it all together, it was just the perfect latte. The syrups didn't have any of the ickyness you sometimes find (maybe they're house made? I didn't ask) and the cold foam made for the most perfect consistency. I'm no coffee purist, but if you like a yummy drink that I don't think was over the top sweet, this was an amazing order! In between 1pm and 3 PM, they have a happy hour with half off coffee. Around that time you will see a line, because it's hard to beat half off gourmet coffee offerings.
