I had this CZ ring that I purchase elsewhere, had the ring for years, a few stones had fallen out of my ring and the center stone in my ring lacked luster and started to show scratches. First, I called, told them what I needed which was to replace the missing stones, put in a new center stone, reinforce all my prongs to make sure I do not lose any stones, then clean and polish my ring. I love my 3 stone platinum set ring that I got over 10 years ago. The company has great customer service and it's easy to get repairs done in a timely manner. My only problem is that I didn't get a receipt when I first purchased and didn't really worry about it. I should have. They have a lifetime guarantee and will replace stones at no charge (probably not including S&H). My ring has lost stones and been scratched several times. They happily replace the stones but for a $100 fee since I don't have that dreaded receipt. I now have a new scratch on the center stone and I've spent more on repairs than the cost of the ring. Keep that receipt and if you don't get one, be sure to keep the email with the record of your purchase. read more

I came across chic jewelry through their YouTube videos. My boyfriend and I knew we did not want to spend a lot of money on a diamond engagement ring so we decided to look into cz ring. Now there is a lot hate when it comes to cz rings and are seen as cheap and the quality not being as great, however that is not the case with chic jewelry.
