All I gotta say is wow. My car had absolutely no power at all and had been at my job site for a day. By far the easiest and most stress-free car problem I've ever had because of the awesome Charlie! He has been so incredibly helpful! My Jeep died at my house up in Hollywood Hills. Charlie came right away, gave it a jump, and followed me down to Pepboys to get a new battery. He helped me through the whole process of taking out my battery in order for them to charge it (to be sure it was a battery issue) so I wouldn't have to pay for them to do it. He waited there with me for the 10min it took for the battery to read! They exchanged it for a new one and Charlie put the new one in for me. He also checked some other things and pointed out some other issues I should get fixed. He did all of this for the exact price he quoted me from the start...such a kind and helpful guy! I can't say enough good things about the LA City Towing Team. I was in an impossible situation where my car was on a hill, inches away from the one in front of me, and I couldn't reverse without slipping forward. AAA refused to come because they didn't want the liability and I thought I was stuck. My mechanic recommended LA City Towing and I called them up hoping they could help. I would honestly give this place 0 stars if I could. Their tow truck driver was insanely rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. I would never recommend their service unless you want the tow truck driver to insult you, and leave you stranded. He needs to be retrained or fired. After waiting for him for more than an hour he told me I should of had the car ready he was also under the impression that the car just had a maintenance issue. First of all the insurance company was responsible for relaying that information I can understand that there was a miscommunication between the insurance company and the tow truck company. However that does not excuse his behavior and his unprofessionalism! No company should EVER talk their customer that way and on top of that he didnt even tow my car! Thanks for nothing! read more

Charlie was extremely helpful and got to me within 20mins. He checked to see what the issue was, but the job needed to be taken care of in the bodyshop, so he loaded up my car and drove to the mechanic. Was quoted 30 minutes for help and after and hour and 15 min of waiting no one is answering the phones at the 24 hour line. After my boyfriend popping two of his tires on a pothole we called LA city towing and were able to answer all of our questions. The ETA was 15 minutes however Charlie, our wonderful tow driver, was there almost immediately. He was very friendly and even drove to a bank nearby to let us pull out cash for the towing service because it is cash only. Not only did he do that but he drove us to a nearby 7-11, without being asked, when the auto repair place said that they only took cash as well. We had ruined two tires parking next to a sewer drain with a sharp steel edge. I didn't know where to go on a Sunday. Had contacted Discount tire and they would have sold me tires for $145 each. I can't believe how fast Charlie got there! 25 minutes... (AAA told me they could have someone there in 90 minutes!). Charlie was quick and efficient getting my car on the tow... and he was careful to make sure everything was lined up so there would be no damage to the car.
