Trompo was good, maybe a little dry compared to the pastor I'm accustomed to getting, but nice flavor. Barbacoa was rich and full or flavor, but the chicharones were perfection. Cooked in a verde sauce, they had been cut thin enough that every bite had a nice chew, none of that gummy stuff. Appreciated the added grilled onions and peppers along with the raw onions and cilantro. This place is worth a return.

The rice had a seriously good flavor but it was a little undercooked. If it was softer, it would have been a great side to the quesabirria. My boyfriend ate the quesadilla and he said it was probably the best quesadilla he's ever had. He would get it with chicken next time, the barbacoa was a little greasy in a quesadilla.
