She answered any questions that we had and did the same for the ladies that entered the shop shortly after we'd placed our order. We sat at one of the tables and prepared for what was to come. The ramen ($16) is definitely shareable. I got, roughly, 2.5 servings out of mine. The broth/consommé was a bit fatty/oily, but in the best way possible. It was flavorFUL and the birria was tender and abundant. The fresh onions and cilantro were the perfect final touch. I usually have to add salt and pepper to dishes when I eat out, but everything here was just right. A squeeze of lime did me just fine! The empanadas were also a bit oily. Obviously, they are deep fried, but once you have the addition of the generally oily birria, then you have leakage-level oil.
