My wife and I just bought a house from these people. It has been a complete nightmare. Every aspect of the sale and of the house are terrible. Quality is the worst I've ever seen. From the electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc. I would never do business with this individual or company ever again. I spoke with the owner and he was an asshole about everything. HORRIBLE! If anyone wants pictures I've got them. Stay away from these people! We closed Escrow 6/7/24, pushed through so fast none of the seller repairs were completed. I called for a remodel and they sent an architect by the name of Dennis. He showed up a week later, didn't ask any questions and but said he would have Camilo call me. 1 week went by and no call. So I decided to call their office. A guy picked up and said the person in charge just went on vacation, call back next week. I waited another week and finally the girl in charge picked up. I asked her what was going on with my estimate and she said she would call me back. 4 hrs later I got a call that an estimate would be emailed to me later tonight, then by the end of the phone call she said tomorrow morning or afternoon. It's been 48 hrs and no email. Lol. If they can't get an estimate out, how are they gonna do a remodel? Stay away while you can! read more

My husband found the LA construction group on Instagram and we are so glad we found them. Santiago was our lead contractor for a home remodel that included relocating our laundry room, changing a 1/2 bath to a full bath and enhancing two bedrooms with closets. Everyone from this group was so nice to work with. Santiago and his brother Camilo are knowledgable, thoughtful and kind people. They had good ideas and listened to ours. They used an inspector every step of the way and I felt like they did things "the right way". Every sub-contractor they sent to our home was polite, diligent and hard working. They often stayed late and worked on weekends (with our permission) to complete the job on time! The rain and holidays did not slow them down, which was impressive. They created a barrier so the construction work was separate from our living space and no dust entered our home, which was their idea and a GREAT one! The end product, is absolutely beautiful! We love the new space and get a lot of complements! The custom closets and shelving, the custom vanity, the layout exceeded our expectations.
