3 Quesabirria tacos (comes with consome) and 1-pastor taco

F-L-A-V-O-R!!!! I tried the quesabirria tacos tonight and you can absolutely taste the love these were made with These were the most flavorful I have tried in town and I will absolutely be going back! Next time I want to try their cochinita pibil which is what they specialize in because if birria is not their specialty and it is this good I can only imagine how good something would be that they specialize in Awesome people running this truck too, very friendly and helpful. Pro tip: take cash! They accept cards but their is a fee but I was completely ok with paying because of the convience.

Delicious food. They have a $10 special that I got. They do charge extra using card just fyi. The red salsa has a nice kick to it. I like how some food trucks give you pagers when your food is ready.

Get to this place ASAP! The chilaquiles with carne asada is amazing! The salsa verde they toss their homemade chips in has just the right amount of spice. I do wish it came with some sort of pickled veg, it would have complimented the richness of the carne so well! The service was top tier. They take your order at the window and hand you a buzzer. The gentlemen whom I placed my order with took the time to explain to me a story behind what chilaquiles is. Fun fact, it's typically a breakfast dish. I cannot wait to go back for more delicious, homemade Mexican food!

I ordered through DoorDash. My delivery place isn't super close. My food was hot and looked amazing upon delivery. I cannot wait to go in person to order. This was the best Mexican food I've had in a long time, especially for a truck. Amazing food. Ask for extra limes!

I first got a chance to taste La Coshi's food at my friend's wedding shower. They catered the event and the food was absolutely delicious. They had flautas, tacos, ceviche and even churros. My friend mentioned we could find them at Mother Road's Kitchen 66 Takeover Café (so many amazing restaurants start here!) and ever since I have been following them on social media to taste their food again. Their specialty is cochinita pibil (where their name comes form), which is barbecued pork traditionally slowed-cooked in banana leaves in an underground oven. The leaves help trap moisture and really bring out the flavor in the marinade. The meat is so tender and smoky. You can try it in their street tacos, quesadillas, tortas, flautas, or even by it by the pound! Random note: Netflix's Chef's Table has a great episode on cochinita pibil if you're interested in learning more about the Mayan tradition. They have just opened their food truck on the southwest corner of 51st & Mingo (in the AAON's part & supply parking lot). Their hours are M-Sat. from 11am to 8pm. They accept multiple forms of payment. I attended their opening and it was so fun. They had a pin the tail on the pig for a chance to win an order of flautas. They had a couple of tables and chairs available if you don't want to take your order to-go. I have tried most of their menu and my favorite thing is the co-quesadillas. They're small so an order of 3 is best. Their habanero salsa is spicy and delicious. Their aguacate salsa is mild. The flautas are usually served in a deep cup with green consome, queso fresco and pickled onions.

Yes. If you're wondering if you need to stop in for an asada torta, the answer is yes. I had read a review about that specifically, so when, on a whim, I decided to stop for lunch, that's what I had to get. I'm sure their other food is also good, and I'll certainly be back to try more things, but this torta is incredible. The bread is buttered and toasted, and the beans, meat, and cheese are perfect. It's loaded with fresh avocado and onions and cilantro, too. The salsa included on the side is perfectly balanced with flavor and heat. The man running the place was super friendly. Service was quick. It is raining today, so people would order, then wait in their cars, but there is a covered area if you decide to eat there. I will say there's a decent sized upcharge for using debit, so bring cash, but even with the extra charge, the torta is worth it. You can call ahead to order if you'd like as well. Very good.

Oh I don't even know where to start! The food is absolutely delicious! The cute little food truck is right around the corner from me and I've wanted to eat there for a while. The menu is not huge, tacos and tortas basically with other great meats like carne asada and birria.Their specialty is cochinita pibil which is what I ordered in my torta. The pork is really tender along with cheese, pickled onions and avocado. It's the bomb!! They are only open in the evening and only til 9pm. You have got to try this place! I may just have to go back to try more!!

As good as it looks, i.e. amazing. Pictured is the asada but also check out the cochinita pibil! Fast (10-12 min) affordable, friendly staff.

There's a parking lot in this plaza, and we were seated immediately upon arrival. They offered complementary chips and dips (salsa and queso). We ordered additional guac. Really good and would order again. Rice and beans were probably above average. My dining partner asked how the chile relleno was prepared. (He doesn't like the eggy batter.) We were literally told that it came premade and frozen and was "just fried." Obviously, he ordered the street tacos instead. We sat at the bar and it took a bit to get waited on but the manager jumped in and gave us water and silverware. I liked my Blackberry-Rosemary Marg but I honestly didn't feel like it had much tequila in it. The regular marg was just OK. Since it is a tequila bar and we sat at the bar, I would have liked to have discussed tequilas but my bad for not asking. Would have loved to have done a tasting. The menu was informative. I would go back when in south Tulsa. Not sure I would make it a destination. (Well, maybe. Those enchiladas were good! It is a cute place.

The…read moreminimalist adobe-like layout reminds me more of southern Utah, Arizona and New Mexico than Oklahoma, but it works and it's a comfortable space - even if your table is pretty close to your neighbors. The menu features many Mexican food favorites. Enchiladas, burritos, tacos and more. They're cooked well and served in large portions by a helpful server. A note - some of the dishes are plain and include a protein charge. I'm not a huge fan, but I'm okay with it if it's explained. I was confused during my visit because my enchiladas listed a $2.50 protein charge, but the protein charge was for each enchilada not the plate, so my three enchilada plate was $7.50 more than it was listed because I asked for chicken. I don't necessarily feel cheated, however I was surprised when the server gave me the bill. $2.50 is one thing. $7.50 is a lot more.

As what was stated over the phone, the moment we walked in, we were seated. The place is very intimate in space, I'd recommend for dates. I went with the Enchiladas, something I've been craving for a couple of months & La Tertulia helped that fix. There were a few meats to choose from & I went with chorizo. The wait on the food wasn't long (people were starting to fill in as well & it didn't stop the servers from being on point) & the food was really good. Coming in with 3 enchiladas, stuffed with the chorizo & the fixins, I was left full after I finished. The spanish rice & pinto beans were good as well, paired good with the enchiladas. The chorizo looked more like breakfast sausage more than the chorizo that's more on the dark brown + reddish tint I'm used too. The enchiladas also come with chiles (I picked green) & plenty of cheese. Side Note: Chips & salsa were also super good, my favorite type of salsa. Kinda like a Taquera/Molcajete style. I was so hungry that the chips & salsa didn't slow me down from running through my main entree.

It's not a large place and only has perhaps four or five booths and a half-dozen tables, and it fills up fast at lunch. They're known for their "Wet Burrito," but the enchiladas and burritos are also outstanding. The refried beans are fresh and made in-house.
