Cons: Missed many areas, but most majorly, did not take out trash. Did not wipe out inside of microwave. Did not vacuum under the sofa cushions. Cleaning products left the wood floors looking so streaked I had to redo them (this has never happened to me before with house cleaners). Likewise the stove looked clean after the were done--until I used it the same day; the black stove started to show white streaks and blotches from the cleanser they had used. It was cakey white stuff, also embedded around the burners--VERY difficult to remove later. They were more focused.on getting out in a specific amount of time than trying to do finishing touches they had FIRST PROMISED, then talked me out of with a lot of excuses (this regarding the floor which really looked awful afterwards). I am sorry because they are nice people. Sure they are honest all that, but that's the minimum you expect from cleaners.
