I hired them to clean my house twice. The first time I made a goof and they had no problems adjusting to my mistake. When I went on Yelp requesting quotes, I selected "move in / move out" cleaning because I was selling my house and moving out. However, the first cleaning was to present my house for an open house and all my stuff was still there. They did a wonderful job, my house never looked better. The second time I actually had all my stuff moved out so it was just as expected. They did a great job cleaning all the appliances, Walls, windows, and floors. One of the reasons I picked them over the other quotes was they gave a flat rate while others gave an hourly quote. I may have paid less with the others, but I prefer to know the total amount up front. Every time I reached out to them, they were very responsive and super friendly. Laura and her team are great. They spent the day doing a deep cleaning at my home in Carlsbad. After walking through and quoting a fair price, my expectations were set for three people to take approximately 3-4 hours. After 4 hours I saw a fourth cleaner come in and the worked hard for even longer then the quote. I was really impressed, they did a fantastic job and did it with smiles. I made sure to compensate them a bit better because I knew she under quoted a bit. It's hard to set expectations and exceed them like this. one a scale of 1-10, I give her a two only because I have never seen a one! after having to follow her around asking to do this or that, simple dusting, I found the blinds not done, I specifically asked her to do them! And then the excuses began....paint peeling on railings, yes but dirt washed off! I offered her the chance to come back and clean the blinds, this was a birthday gift for my wife, she wanted to charge me more. Kept telling me she was late for her next appt. I also told her to give me back $100 for job not done, she said no. I asked many questions prior to hiring her, I would avoid her totally, cannot be trusted and lies. Bait and switch, we'll see how the labor board feels about her license. I paid $250 cash as agreed, I was ripped off. Three people in 4 hours should clean the dirtiest home! 12 hours of work, for what? At least she could have done as we agreed. Also both bathrooms shower doors left off rails, trash not emptied. Yeah she talks sweet, but has no morals at all. Guess my I'm doing tonight....starts with a b-l-i-n-d-s! Thanks for nothing Laura...never again! Horrible service. I provided them with pictures and hope they can give me a quote. They quoted me $130 for a small studio. They arrived and claimed that they can't clean the place because it was dirtier than they thought so they up the price to $180. And told me the stains won't come off because they are not capable of cleaning it. And expected me to still pay them the increased price. Are you serious? I told them if they can't get the stains off they I will just deduct a small amount from $180. And guess what? They just left and said they didn't want to do the job. And when I already told them I needed them to leave the door unlocked they still locked the door. Wasted my time and now I am moved out and I am not able to find another cleaning service. Their communication sucks but cleaning skills and reliability is what they should really work on. For people who are trying to find cleaning service. Look somewhere else, this is not what you deserve for your money. read more
