I want start by saying that i was very disappointed with this restaurant. Being my first time here I was expecting something good. They had some photos outside of gumbo, so I decided to get the gumbo and the buffalo crawfish tails and my wife got the crawfish pho. To my surprise I got green gumbo with shredded chicken and few rice no crab and no crayfish. The gumbo was tasteless and nasty. My wife's pho was ramen and water with a hint of curry. New restaurant. Staff a little confused but friendly. Facility small and cramped. Food was ok. The shrimp and poboy pretty average. The star of the night as the crawfish pho. Flavor and texture on point. Looking forward to going back and sampling other men items. read more

Very disappointed with a pickup order. They didn't get it right and had to argue with them over it over the phone. Just for a simple fried rice. The portion of that rice is half of what one gets anywhere else in the USA. Not only that but when we had to go pick it up, it was only half of the already half order. They have no business sense and it is a shame. Avoid as much as you can. A really sad way of losing a loyal customer. read more

To start off the staff in the front are really rude and have no customer service skills. I asked them a question about their wings and one of the girls just nodded her head and rolled her eyes. Then I had ordered Cajun wings and when I got them they had no flavor at all. I do not recommend this place. read more

ummm I wish I could put 0 stars. I'm so upset with a pickup order!!! FIRST the guy over the phone is a total rude person!!! I placed my order at 7:30 and they said to come in in15 minutes and they took a WHOLEE hour to have my order ready!! had me waiting for 50 minutes and then I get home to my order all messed up!!! Charged me for extra noodles. did not have extra noodles. Asked for no veggies. Had extra veggies. asked for 12 jalapeño pepper wings and it was a totally different flavor!!!! I called and called but no answer and that's that I called an hour before closing which is when I arrived home with the food !!! I'm so upset!! Definitely never going there again. Need to find another pho house:) also sharing this everywhere because I'm just THAT upset. read more

I understand the place is new but there is no room to have employees with bad customer service. Called in cause we were missing some potatoes and corn and told the person on the phone that they gave us some sausage that we didn't order and she told us to take the whole order back so she could see it really I was floored. First of all if you're not the person in charge get a manager or someone who can help and if this lady is the manager I must say she has horrible skills. Oh and let me add this is the third time we get food from there and the first time was great the second time I got crawfish and I got a lot of heads only today the third and final time I got more heads As opposed to a full crawfish I understand they may fall of but the person serving has got to see they are only serving the head part maybe add a little more to compensate for all the head only crawfish. read more

I ordered a shrimp Po' Boy... uhm I kept looking for the coleslaw, tomatoes, sauce that Po' Boys are usually accompanied with. It was a very sad sandwich.. i got semi-toasted hoagie bread with fried shrimp and mayonnaise in it. Tons of fries stuffed inside the sandwich. I had to ask for condiments and lime, as they were not brought with the the meal. Service was not that great, took a while to get our meals, like 30 min for the sandwich and noodles. Saw one of the employees open a bottle with his mouth. As for me, not a choice to look forward to in the future. read more
