We were pretty hungry at that point so i figured why not, let's test out these tacos Everything was super flavorful and made from scratch including the chips. It was a hole in the wall kind of food truck but plenty of parking around and a cute little sit down area with picnic benches so ample seating for sure Would definitely stop again if I was in the area and craving some Mexican food. Service was excellent again. 1st visit: I've been in Colorado for nearly two weeks and this has probably been the best meal I've had so far, even after dining in Aspen (Clark's, Aspen Public House) and Boulder (Flagstaff, the Kitchen American Bistro). I love chorizo tacos and the ones here served with potatoes and fried egg with a side of chips and salsa was one of the best I've ever had and I think that's says a lot after living a lifetime in Texas. The hot dog was flavorful and probably a foot long. It was served with lightly salted french fries that reminded me if the ones my mom used to make me. The Bloody Mary was also very good and slightly spicy although it was only garnished with a lime and no olives. The place is very small, seats maybe a couple of dozen indoors but there is also outdoor seating. Service was very friendly.

We resigned ourselves to a couple of asada burritos, but decided to ask the chef if we could still get a breakfast burrito, he said "no problem@ and we are glad he did, they were 2 of the best breakfast burritos we ever had. There is a little shady tent with tables to eat at, and we ate there, it's not fancy, but everyone who walked by with food made us wish we were still hungry. Everything smelled delicious.
