Buyer beware...I booked beach service through La Dolce Vita (who bought out Lazy Days) and had a change in dates and venue. Due to the inadequacies of their portal, I couldn't just go on the site and change dates and venue. Instead they suggested I cancel and rebook. Now I know why...they charge a 7% booking for every booking/cancellation!! Obviously I did not read the T's & C's close enough so shame on me, but after using Lazy Days for over 20 years I thought maybe they would credit me back the $25 as a goodwill credit. Obviously no goodwill at LDV because they shut me down twice in two separate emails. This lines up with most businesses today, who don't care about customer loyalty or good service. Soo sad... At the Hilton Pensacola Beach, these boneheads, who don't own the beach, block all the good spots near the water with a wall of their chairs and umbrellas which mostly go unused. They should leave large area open and not dominate the beach. These guys aren't courteous or respectful of peoples access to the beach. Suggest groupings of chair, not a solid line. read more

We had the best time laying out in front of the Hilton mostly due to Brooks. He is the most amazing attendant ever. He so incredibly kind and took the best care of us. He drilled some extra umbrellas for our feet so they wouldn't get burned, he was super attentive with our kids and was great at providing us all the options for chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards etc. Super easy to pay they take card and cash and put up reserved signs so your spot doesn't get snagged. read more

Paid for 2 chairs and a unbrella ($50), it started raining so we put our cart under the unbrella next to us that no one was using. 10 seconds later she came up to us asking us if we wanted to rent that one as well . so we moved it and since it was raining we left to hotel and left our cart under our unbrella, we came back and she had put our unbrella down so all our stuff was soaked. read more

So incredibly rude. I was here for a work trip and in no way was interested in renting anything. I had a man approach me asking if I was interested, which I declined. I was not utilizing any of their equipment. He then proceeded to go off saying how he approached me nicely (lie) and for me to move somewhere else on the beach... I said I would gladly. Would absolutely recommend this rental company. We stayed at Emerald Isle on Pensacola Beach. Our first day on the beach we spoke with the staff to arrange four chairs and two umbrellas for the week. Every morning without fail they had our requested items set up and waiting for us. We have a 5 month old and a 5 year old - in other words, hauling all the necessary crap to the beach is a CHORE. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this company. I made reservations for beach chairs and umbrellas for our family of 10 at Navarre Beach. I called two weeks in advance to assure we were first on the list and could get the service. I was told that our chairs would be delivered anywhere from 7-10:00 am... On our first day we spent half the day waiting for the chairs. My husband finally called at 10:00am to inquire about the rentals and they apologized and said they did not realize they would be so busy and that they were on their way. We waited another hour before we made the call to go to Walmart and get our own tents and chairs. I would recommend finding another company that services Navarre Beach. read more

They have spots all along the beach with their chairs and umbrellas and sign advertising there services but good luck finding the attendant. Waited for more than an hour and the guy never showed up. There were 6 groups wanting to rent paddle boards and the guy never showed. We even called the office several time. Nothing. You might want to book shared of time with someone else. read more

We stayed at Beach Club Towers from 7/4 to 7/10, 2022, which is the busiest week of the year. Nathan and Logan did a fantastic job. They moved us a couple times on request to get to the best view on the front row for the blue angels. Update to my earlier review: Brock from Lazy Days made things right for us. He was very professional, and we would not hesitate to rent from Lazy Days again. (I guess everyone has an "off" day now & again. We arranged for a 7 day rental of beach chairs & umbrellas. I prepaid with AMEX. They brought them the first day, but didn't show for day 2 or 3. I tried calling several times & got no answer. Their mailbox was "full". (Probably with other customer's complaints). I texted them with our problem, and they responded with "ha ha". I don't know what is going on with this company. I would give negative stars, but that isn't an option. read more

Just had to carry our own little beach bag and our chairs were ready to go in the same spot every day for the week we were in Pensacola Beach. So we did an online booking for 2 chair/umbrella sets with a custom address since our beach house was in the Bay side. The first day we didn't make it out until 3:30 and no set up. We called and they took 30 minutes to get there and set it up. They never said why there was an issue and since we had paid in full already they offered us a free Kayak rental and to add a table with the set up the next day and promised it would be out there bright and early the next day. So at 11 we arrive and there is only 1 set chair/umbrella, no table, no kayak. I call and there's no answer and voicemail is full. So I sent a detailed email of our ordeal and in 10 minutes someone brought another umbrella and only 1 more chair, no table and no Kayak. The only reason they get 2 stars is b/c they delivered something and are refunding the entire amount we paid upfront when we booked. read more

We rented a condo this week at the Beach Club and Lazy Days were the guys putting out the chairs, umbrellas, etc. They were great. Very friendly and quick to help out. Brooks was exceptionally knowledgeable about the area and gave us some good recommendations on things to do close by. We were especially glad he told us about the stage at Paradise. read more

Though we didn't use this service on our latest trip to the beach. we've gotten chairs & umbrellas from them before. These guys bust their tails to take care of you, hauling chairs, umbrellas, and tables all day. My only problem with the service in general is that they completely block the beach for folks who bring their own chairs, meaning if you don't rent theirs, you'll be hauling your gear for 100 yards to the left or right to get a spot beachfront, unless you get up at 6:30 a.m. and "beat them to it". Even then - I did get up with the birds one morning, and claimed a nice spot close to our condo - they deliberately cram their chairs inches from you, as if to say "nice try, but this is our turf". Why can't you guys set out chairs as they are requested instead of keeping others from enjoying public space? read more

Staying at the Beach Club resort weekend of June 23 - 26. Watched from my 12th floor balcony Saturday morning and watching men set up the chairs and umbrellas. One of them was wearing a straw hat and was jogging to umbrella to umbrella. That caught my eye and I continued to watch him. Later he looked to be in charge as he had a clipboard and again was jogging up and down the beach doing his job. Later that morning I went down to the beach to get our chairs and saw the young man and spoke to him. His name was MIKE P. and was very polite and helpful. I brought up to him that I was impressed with his work ethic as I watched him do his job. It is not easy having hard working dedicated employees like MIKE P. You are lucky to have him. read more

Hands down the BEST rental company! Ash was very accomadating, enthusiastic and an overall nice guy to rent with! Easy and relaxed as they aren't charging you if you happen to go over by 3 minutes on your rental. I had no problem getting ahold of them anytime I needed something. We did beach chair rentals and he had the whole thing set up perfectly by the time we got to the beach. We also did bike rentals and they dropped hem off at out beach house we were staying at and picked them up the next day. Mario and Luigi(Angelo) in panama city beach where not only helpful in our every need but always have a smile on their face and made us constantly laugh. All the rental options and equipment where modern and in impeccable shape. They where extremely helpful with our whole family! Navarre Beach FL in front of new Marriott. Lazy Days Beach Rentals has chairs and umbrellas. I rank 1 star only because 0 star unavailable. The service on July 7, 2017 by Steven or Stephen is unacceptable and he does not need to be in the service industry. He is rude and other guests at Marriott experienced the same poor service. He didn't show up to work on July 6, 2017 because Uber was a "no show". However, Brock showed exceptional customer service with a smile both days and without a doubt saved the day.
