Though it was during the end-of-the-year schedule "crunch", Alex was kind enough to sit and thoroughly discuss the logistics of my relatively minuscule project -- right down to the final detail of adjusting image placement ju-u-u-u-ust enough to fit the aesthetic of the finished product. He even offered assistance to source the garment in the tight turnaround time (though, in the end, I was able to handle this aspect myself, by mere stroke of luck). The end result was exactly what I'd envisioned. Correction: it was even better. Despite all the variables during my janky process (my ancient scanner's glass, absence of monitor calibration, lossy files on some elements, etc) and fabric behavior (compared to backlit monitors, paper proofs, etc), the color match was perfect! Though Alex & LA DTG Printing were able to complete the order in an unlikely short time, I hesitated to mention it here (to spare LA DTG from being inundated by others like me who've procrastinated just a bit too long). But, truthfully, the quick turnaround saved the day, in my situation. LA DTG Printing has won an admiring client, and I shall definitely bring them return business as the need dictates. ... but don't worry, Alex, I'll plan ahead for adequate lead time in the future. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!! I found them last minute and came in a couple days before Christmas to get something printed for my boyfriend. I was nervous that there wasn't enough time before Christmas but they told me that the job could be done and they finished within the next day. It looked so amazing and was exactly what I was looking for. Not only was I happy with this, but I messaged them on the 23rd of December asking for a LAST MINUTE request to print on a t shirt for my sister for Christmas and they came in the next morning on CHRISTMAS EVE (the guy was even a little under the weather) just to do this order so I could give it to my sister for Christmas.
