Very nice people and do great work. The t-shirts I had printed turned out great with a quick turnaround.

We ordered a specific style of shirts for our nonprofit's pre-sold event, trusting a local printer to get it right since I wasn't on-site to check the shipment. The printer later confirmed that I had ordered the correct style, but they printed women's sizes instead of unisex shirts, which our members had paid for. The tags didn't make this clear, so our volunteers began distributing them before the mistake was discovered. The printer's first "solution" was to claim the shirts were actually higher quality than what we ordered and offer either a 10% discount on a future order or 15 of the correct shirts -- far short of the number we originally ordered. They ignored the fact that our members had pre-paid for a specific style and left volunteers to manage the fallout. Had they accepted their mistake immediately, there is no reason they shouldn't have been able to reprint the shirts so we could have distributed them during our multi-day event. At one point, they suggested we return the misprinted shirts, not to fix the mistake, but so they could destroy them. They repeatedly framed the situation as a retail-style return/refund issue, implying our volunteers or members "took" the wrong shirts, even though this was entirely their fulfillment error. After multiple rounds of back-and-forth, they finally agreed to reprint the correct shirts. However, when we received the corrected batch, two shirts were misprinted, completely omitting the event logo on the back, and one had a hole in a seam. Because of the delays, we had to mail the corrected shirts to members well after the event at our own cost (over $350 as we had attendees from as far away as Germany), losing money on shirt sales and creating extra work for volunteers. At a certain point, it wasn't worth continuing negotiations, so we accepted the reprints at a loss. While the shirts themselves are fine, the fulfillment, communication, and proposed solutions caused unnecessary stress, extra work for volunteers, and financial loss. Anyone ordering for an organization or event should be prepared to follow up closely and push for a solution that actually meets their needs. read more

Literally i walked in an hour before closing without knowing that they do same day printing but you must drop off by noon and pick it up later in the afternoon. I am so thankful with Nico and the rest of the staff because i was in a rush and they were able to get my garment finished within that time and i am very pleased with the quality of the work. I wish I could leave a positive review here as my experience with this company in 2017 was nothing but positive. I had high expectations based on the ratings here, but unfortunately this year I've experienced complete incompetence and a lack of professionalism. I ordered 20 hoodies as a gift from our company this year. Of them, so far: - 1 had a hole upon receipt. First they tried to tell me they could only replace with a different size. When I told them that was unacceptable, they said they could replace with the correct size in 10-14 business days. It took 16 and I had no update until I asked on day 15. - 1 had the custom name fall off as soon as our client received it in the mail. I was told this one could be fixed if we bring it in but I've already had to drive to downtown (the location on this page is incorrect) twice and the sweatshirt is now in Germany making this not possible. - 1 had the back print completely destroyed after two washings where the shirt was inside out and washed gently. This one I'm told was not their fault and that they do not guarantee their printing can live through such careful care. I've attached photos of how the shirt looked after printing. Originally it also had orange did not look distressed. As a result, my clients are left with a poor impression of our ability to deliver a quality gift. I've tried to resolve this with the vendor but they are unwilling to do so trying to place the blame on me as the issues came in individually and after the three days they guarantee upon receipt. I worked at a screen printing shop for nearly 5 years and this is not at all how we would handle business. I can only hope that none of the other 17 hoodies are damaged and absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company. It pains me to leave a negative review, as this is not typically my style, but I feel like I have no option at this point. read more

I originally selected this company to design shirts for my small business purely based on the fact that their prices were better than everyone else and they had a fast turnaround time. However, they have turned out to be amazing--with high quality services, easily reachable customers service and personal attention; small enough where they know you, but somehow really really fast (as the name implies). My first shirts that I got from them have worn beautifully even after being washed carelessly a hundred million times. Also, they've been very helpful with providing other color options and styles not listed on their website. I worked closely with Zack and Ethan to produce some presentation panels for the base of an architectural model. These were pre painted 13"x18" plywood panels with mitered corners where gold line work was to be screen printed onto the surface and wrap the corner. It was a unique project and there were obvious challenges but everything turned out beautifully, even with a quick turnaround. I will definitely return for future silk screen services. They are in Los Angeles on Broadway - Took two weeks to get my 16 sweaters I chose this business due to the convenience of the location from my job. I figured if I'm working in Santa Monica and this business is in Los Angeles, then not too bad. I had Google mapped the location from their posted address and it wasn't too far. Turns out, their consultation office is located in Los Angeles on Broadway. Completely not convenient from my job's location, but I figured I'd commit and go through with the order. I had requested 16 sweaters to be printed with an image on the back. I was hoping for at least a 3-day turnaround to be able to pick these up. Unfortunately, it took two weeks for them to get these printed. I was happy with how the sweaters came out, but not happy with the process it took to get them.
