Always have a good experience at Catalyst, honestly no matter the location I always have great interactions with staff. This location has to be my favourite, staff is so sweet and always asks how you are at the door. Easy to get in/make a new account as long as you have your ID. The selection is always wide and diverse between all the different brands and products. I feel confident and comfortable asking staff questions about product. They take cash and card payments (added fee for card) Plus, they care for the stray cats outside the building, so they automatically get extra points! read more

I want to give a big shoutout to the receptionist working the front desk around 9 PM on June 12, 2025. She was truly a breath of fresh air. For the past two months, I've been having trouble claiming my Catalyst points after signing up with my phone number. Despite regularly visiting the Bellflower, Long Beach, and sometimes even Cherry locations, no one had noticed the issue--until tonight. I didn't catch her name, but I believe it starts with a "K." She's an Asian woman with a tattoo on her chest. She was the first to notice that my points weren't connected to my number, and she took the time to help me fix it. Thanks to her, I was able to re-register in the system, and now my points are verified and active. This has been a frustrating problem for a while, and I'm really grateful she stepped in and took the time to assist me. AJ is the worst Manager that this dispensary can have. His customer service skills are trash.

I normally have a positive experience at this location with the employees but the new girl today on July 2nd wearing all blue crenshaw hat and sweater was extremely rude. The complete opposite of what the other employees do. I had my ID snatched from my hand and then had it thrown back on the counter for me to grab. That's not very professional? When you walk out you normally receive a "bye have a nice day thank you" but today nope. She was too busy talking with the other new security guard. Reevaluate the employees you are hiring. read more

Spectacular staff as well; you feel like you're a person they care about and not just another customer to shuffle out.
