I chose the kryptochronic because she put that one out as one of the choices, and I even asked again this one is sativa right? She said yes. Mind you the alien labs box didn't have the strain labeled so I was completely taking the word of the vendor. Turns out it was indica Came back next night to try to exchange for the correct pod. (10/04/24) Hispanic lady (different from original lady who sold me the wrong strain) in black split ponytails refused and started giving me attitude even after it was their fault to begin with. She started going on a rant of how sativa indica and hybrids don't really exist anymore, when I didn't even ask that? told me I should double check before buying the actual product. So I dont usually leave reviews because I've worked in retail customer service for several years. I don't usually purchase stiizy products (batteries or cartridges usually) But this past Christmas my Mom wanted a gram cartridge so I headed to this location. I had only been there once before for just a flower purchase. I decided to go on 2 two days before Xmas. They had a great deal going on so I ended up purchasing over $130 worth of product. 2gm of Skywalker and 1gm and a half gram of King Louis. I understood the return policy and exchange process. Thankfully I kept my receipt as recommended. Rhe thi f is they only give 7 days for product. I bought 2gm for Mom and the others for myself and a battery. But didn't actually use them right away. My King Louis was fine. Didn't last long and Mom hasn't opened hers. The Skywalker gram I had felt loose and would get clogged after a few uses when I just started using it and then completing stopped working. They said you have to have the packages to return it and within the 7 days but I don't until after the 7 days what then. My mom also said that her Skywalker Gram was getting clogged and the oil was leaking out of the mouth piece and she started hers after mine. This is early just last week. I decided to go to the shop with my receipt and ask what they could do even with a receipt and showed them the cartridges physically. I even brought the one ipen one my mom had. Basically, nothing but refer me to customer support email and that they would get back to me within 24 hours ( because they're good with that and would update my account) Sounded promising. Well it was 48hrs is what they resounded with. The response I got was tips on what to do and not, which most I already tried. They then said I needed pictures with the packahlging. Uh I threw it way because it was working at first and then stopped working. I not just keeping trash. Which I stated in my original email to them. I sent pics of the cartridges and have had no response yet. It's really disappointing that the manager at the store just wrote me the email to refer to and nothing else. Just a basic here tou go. I just hate to see my money wasted. I just wanted to exchange them. I would not make this effort for a resolution if I was just trying to get over on you. I hope you guys realize better customer service is important. Because you're cheating your customers out of money for faulty products. I bought the BIIIG BATTERY in rose gold with a cart. After leaving the stiiizy shop and getting into my car I noticed the cart sat on the battery very loose and falls off with very little force (I've owned many stiiizys over the years and have never had a new battery have this issue). I went straight back into the store to show them the issue hoping to replace the battery. I spoke to an employee showing him the issue asking to try it on a different battery. He acted like he didn't know what i was asking and told me laughing that I could purchase a new battery if i wanted to try another battery. I then asked for a manager and he told me he was the floor lead so I asked for a manager again (dude was super unprofessional) . The manager told me as long as the battery flashes and it hits there is no issue that he can help me with. I asked again if we could try my cart on a new battery or one of the display models. He told me he couldn't help me and said my only way forward is customer service. He said the stiiizy corporate return policy is very strict and he can't return anything unless the battery itself was defective. I've enjoyed stiiizys for years but this has put a bad taste in my mouth. This was my first time in a stiiizy store and I was very surprised at the lack of product support on an item purchased the same day and never used.
