Mario guided me through the entire process and he really knows his industry. Their catering is done by Rio (Brazilian Grill) and they were amazing too! Andres helped me set up my menu and he was also so kind and made things so easy. The food was by far the best "banquet food" I've ever tasted and I got so many compliments from my guests! Elizabeth did the décor and set up and honestly, wow. I had seen some of her work and knew she was talented. I gave her minimal directions and just let her do her thing. She executed EXACTLY what we imagined. Every little detail was perfect. Last minute I need extra tables and linens and Mario was running around town to make it happen for me. I felt like he was a part of the family, he wanted things to be just as perfect as we did. He never made me feel like I was driving him crazy (which I'm sure I did at some point). All of the team had great attitudes and were on top of it! DJ Chango was provided to me by the hall and he was awesome too! He was a perfect balance of getting the crowd engaged without being obnoxious, he was very flexible as I was making changes to the schedule. Mario helped tend to the bar with his partner Diana and my guests had a blast with them, they were fun and made sure we were always taken care of. I have very high expectations and was not even the least bit disappointed, they really delivered. The pricing is very reasonable!! I would've paid double for the quality and service I received. He got upset from us insisting and then brought x2 24 modela packs and threw it at us and said ~ " here takes those i'll give them to you just so you guys won't keep on crying saying they're your beers. How's that reaction not questionable. Pretty simple solution for him to just show us the camera to verify alcohol wasn't ours and that's it . But no.
