After axe throwing and laser tag, though, it became so hot inside that we ended up leaving before we could enjoy the arcade games. The only suggestion I have would be to turn up the air conditioning, especially during the summer months. With all the active attractions, keeping the building cooler would make the experience even better and encourage families to stay longer. Aside from that, everything was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The manager went above and beyond with what I would call 150% customer service, making us feel genuine memories!y appreciated from start to finish. And this takes the cake as my all time favorite. The courses have great holes, with a large variety of simple classic style holes. But the place really shines in decor and atmosphere. It really leans into a more vintage vibe, considering this place is nearly 60 years old the grounds are immaculate, which is unheard of anywhere near LA. Amazing buildings and hedge arches dot the real turfed landscape. Vintage music plays out of old megaphones. Did I mention the place is massive? The parking lot holds maybe 400 cars, but expect it to be nearly full. It has vintage bumper boats, an arcade and 4 18 hole courses. Pricing is fair, 16.50 a person, and parking prices can vary but are usually free. Whoever maintains the grounds needs a serious raise, everything here is just perfect! COME AT NIGHT. This place really shines at night, when everything is lit up it is truly magical. One of the best in the nation, don't miss.

I really wanted to score a 4.5, but gave it the full five because the mini-golf courses were so well-maintained. At our kids' age, we make it a point to come to places like this to enjoy quality time and make the most of every moment to create memories like this. This is what coming to Bullwinkle's did for us. They grow up so fast, and before you know it, these years are over. The Western-themed indoor miniature golf course is fantastic, with awesome ambient lighting, water features, and great decor throughout. We played all the different games within that hour and it was great! We also played one of the indoor mini golf's rounds and it it brought back alot of memories. They still have projects going on that look like fun and I will be back to see it all and do it all, maybe not Laser Tag, for me but Go Karts for sure!! And always more mini golf!!! They have done an amazing job renovating the property and keeping all the nostalgia from my childhood and dating years, but bringing it into the future also! For being outside everything seems taken care of and well maintained. It's absolutely worth it to get points over a single day package if you live locally. The points never expire! We did $100 worth of points, shared it between 5 of us going on rides multiple times and we still had 200 points left for the arcade. The single day package is like $35 per person but is only good for the day. The rides are the best part! The racetrack: Slow, very slow. It was only us on the track which made it fun but my 4 year old was the first one to say it was too slow lol. The bumper boats: Loads of fun!! Never ending water to squirt at your friends and family, how can you say no? You will smell like chlorine for the rest of the day but it was worth it. Michael Jackson Slide: Still not sure on the name and I wish they had instructions or staff to explain but we figured it out. It's a really high start but fun once you get past the height. Thor's Chariot: You see this ride at fairs. Similar to Tea Cups that spin but one sided and you can't control the spin as much. You have to lean your weight at just the right moment. Fun! Twisted Torso: My 4 year olds favorite ride!! It goes up, spins around a little and comes back down a bit fast. It's not too bad so little kids can ride it but my 15 year old was not a fan lol. We had to leave after some time in the arcade so we didn't get to try the other rides. Now the reason for 3 stars: Arcade & Snack bar. Snack bar: Good food but the line took forever! They had only 2 people working the prize counter, snacks, and the line where you purchase points and passes. So anytime we needed to get something, standing in line. Arcade: Honestly pointless. Most of the games were broken and didn't even have a sign on them. You'd swipe your card and nothing would happen. There was no one around to help. Many games had no sound or the buttons didn't respond correctly. It just made the arcade a bit of a joke. Overall lots of fun and worth the cost. We've got left over points that never expire so we'll be back to use them!
