We used to play here but the courts are so cracked up you never know where the ball is actually going to bounce. Court two has a crack/bump that is so big, it could be used to teach kids how to jump a mountain bike. The folks who actually still play tennis there have replaced the term "Mulligan" with "Overman." an example to be used in a sentence would be, " dude, that ball took such a weird bounce, just take an Overman" We joined Newcome so we could actually play tennis.

Second was in 2018 for Old West Christmas Light Fest which was such a lovely event with all the lights at night and fire pits for s'mores. Third time is a charm in 2019 for both a private event in Dec during their light fest. I really do enjoy here, love the atmosphere on the ranch, and the friendliness of the owners and staff. Enchanted Springs is a perfect setting for a true Old West / Texas experience event. Everything included, even some live Longhorn cattle can be found around these parts. Yee Haw!

The venue manager, Amanda was completely dismissive and stated we arrived earlier than most parties despite getting there right on time. Proceeded to tell me it wasn't her fault the AC was off and refused to accept responsibility for the issue. She hid in a back room so we could not access her. 2 hours later it was still 80+ degrees as the AC was not functioning, Amanda had not checked on us and she only brought a fan because I found her explicitly asked. Came in and stated "Oh it's actually hot in here". Maintenance finally came hours later stuck a giant ladder next to one of our stylists with hot tools and didnt even tell us what he was doing. He was unable to fix the AC so they stuck a window unit in but the place never cooled down. We were not provided an alternative getting ready area and were told not to get ready in the reception hall. Amanda and other venue staff made snide remarks to us all night. Additionally, this place has very poor mosquito control and we were all getting bit all night.

Jo does a lot of things for parties that include everything from providing baked goods to personalized decorations to having characters at parties. So I decided to hire Jo to do the cake, cookies, centerpiece and a small backdrop. At the meeting we had, we went over all the little details and I felt real confident with everything she was proposing to me and everything was fairly priced so I was happy about doing business with her. So fast forward to today, we meet up and I put everything in my car, I briefly looked everything over and drove off. When I get home to see everything in the light, I am highly disappointed in the cookies, it looks like my 4 year old daughter made them. I am not sure if it was rushed or pure laziness but they are in no condition to give to our guests. I don't take Jo to be the lazy type so I'm going to go with rushed. I did reach out to her and I am waiting to hear back from her. One thing I want to say about everything she made for me (minus the cake) is that I could've done it better myself. Im really bummed to have to write a not so great review but I believe it is necessary to bring up the quality so that she is aware. Idk who helps Jo with putting everything together but she needs to higher somebody that has higher standards.

This was 100% true and she went above and beyond to accomplish everything we needed. On the other hand, she also takes control when necessary and makes suggestions to help your day run smoother. Everything we asked Jen to do, she executed perfectly. And for the things we didn't think of, she was always one step ahead of us. Mia, Jen's assistant, was so sweet and did an amazing job supporting Jen. She was very patient with me when i hadn't filled the questionnaire out completely. i was so busy with little help and all the questions were a lot, but important to help them. She didn't get angry or anything even called me the week of to prepare and finalize things. Offered advice and answered my questions. Jennifer was very responsive. Now Mia was my onsite person my day of coordinator. She was nothing short of amazing the sweetest person ever that packed a huge punch in the day. She was very responsive and handled everything that came our way with tact. She assisted with my thrown together rehearsal. My photographer was going to cancel the day before and she calmed me and even tried to work on suggestions. My Husband best man failed to show she calmed me and worked around all the changes we made last minute. She took a very good photo of my husband and I on our send off with my polaroid that i just love. She even remembered everything that i forgot. She communicated well with all my vendors and took the worrying off my shoulders. She kept us on schedule and when we veered off she reassured that it was ok. She checked in with me and my helpers and helped my step dad drape my beautiful backdrop for the wedding. She went above and beyond for me as if she was family i am forever thankful to have had her and would hire them again in a heartbeat. (Not that i want to actually have a wedding again!). I wish i had pictures of her in action i def have videos. She was overwhelmingly the best investment to my wedding.
