I spent $10.95 on a "Super burrito" with el pastor. at least i thought i did cuz there was nothing super about this burrito at all, nor did it have Pastor... This was a small burrito with barely any meat, and the meat that i found was not what i ordered. And to top it all off i am currently crapping my brains out right now.. i couldn't be anymore serious when i tell you that i get better service at McDonalds .. This is a great place...visiting some friends in Jefferson and they recommended this joint. I'm glad they did. The food here is AUTHENTIC! I had two different tortas and they were delicious. I was going to have some lengua, but my family told me they don't want me to eat that in front of them. Sheesh! And the tortas were only 3.75 each. I had a steak and a pastor torta. My son had a steak burrito. So good! I'll definitely eat here anytime I come to Jefferson...they also have a Mexican bakery there. read more

Finally stopped in to this place in Jefferson. I will agree with previous posts, they are slow. But well worth the wait. Salsa with chips that was accudently delivered you our table were great. Chips are chips, but the fresh made salsa was incredible. I did pay for the accident delivery. The burrito I had was bid and really good! I had a fish taco too that was spot on, but could have used a little more meat. My wife had the 3 taco plate without any complaints. Dining area was a little dirty, but not to the "turn off point." I can understand, because the kept consistently busy for the hour we were there. So do yourself a favor when Comming through Jefferson, and you need a quick bite. A good, family owned place for authentic Mexican cuisine....if you order something different from what you normally get in Mexican restaurants. They make tacos just as they do everywhere in Mexico: on small, soft tortillas, and filled with various kinds of meats and topped with cilantro. Burritos are delish but enormous! This is the best Mexican place to eat in the area. Their tamales are made fresh everyday but they only make one batch so you have to get there early (usually before 2pm they'll have some) and their only a 1.25 each. Speaking of price everything there is decently cheap. I usually get the flautas but their burritos are also very good. You can eat in or take out. They also have a pretty big selection of drinks from Pepsi products to Jaritos. And their pastries are the best. read more

Came here for a meeting, got the breakfast burrito with bacon. It was quite good. The eggs were different though, I couldn't place what was different about it though, very dry but I added some of the yummy green sauce to it and it was wonderful. I still really liked the food and I got some pastries to take home to my family and they all really liked them. Definitely wouldn't mind coming back. read more

The food is just fine but service could be improved. They have not answered the phone after repeated calls during business hours. On a couple of occasions, I have placed pickup orders that weren't ready when I was told they would be. Waiting 15 minutes after arriving when I was told to is annoying--negates the whole idea of a pickup order. read more

They make the most delicious empanadas, they are very soft brand and lots of pumpkin filling inside and they are delicious they're not dry they're very moist and just amazing.
