It's not often that I post about a culinary experience, but in the case of "The Rose Cafe" in Sunny Isles Beach, I have to let my YELP friends know about the ambience, the food, and the service of this restaurant. First the ambiance. The minute you walk into the restaurant, you feel as if you were transported to a high-end European cafe or a London tea room. The elegance, the fresh roses, and the smart blend of modern and art deco styles immediately sets a romantic mood whether you're there for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. Second, the food. Under the leadership of Chef Gianluca, he brings to life a variety of delicious Mediterranean inspired dishes. I tried the tuna tartar, the eggplant Parmesan, and the crispy shrimp as appetizers. That was followed by a homemade pasta dish that was perfectly al dente and amazing. As a main dish, I tried the filet mignon with truffles and mushrooms. But, as good as the meal tasted, however, the freshly made pistachio gelato served on a frozen stone for dessert was a show stopper. But, the ambiance and the food could not be outmatched by the stellar service. Our server Damaris, and her team added to the attention to detail that the ambiance and the food demanded and accomplished by the exemplary service on par with any Michelin starred restaurant. I was super excited to experience this place. Unfortunately there were a few bumps in the road. The restaurant is stunning and being escorted to our table by Maria was puuuurfect. I came in to have a impromptu birthday lunch with my mom. Carina the waitress was sweet and a quickly let us know about the FiFa specials that were going on. They are a steal by the way! Now we put in an order for appetizers from that menu around 12:50ish. Thankfully for great conversation I didn't notice the time was now 1:30 and our apps didn't come out yet. I got another waiter's attention(Luis) who was super helpful to go see what was happening in the kitchen. About 10 mins later the lobster rolls and skewers came out but in the wrong quantity. However Carina quickly got it right. We ordered our main meals which was an avocado salad & the lobster pasta. Yuuuuum! Everything that we had was super flavorful. The bartender David was great at attending to us while we couldn't get our waitress attention. This was my first time visiting Rose Cafe & Restaurant, which recently expanded and rebranded with a full bar and dinner service, officially opening the new concept in October 2025. The space is absolutely beautiful ~ roses everywhere, elegant decor, and very Instagrammable from the moment you walk in. One thing that stood out, however, was a very strong scent sprayed in the hallway upon entry. My friend, who is sensitive to strong smells, felt sick afterward. It didn't linger heavily at the table, but for anyone sensitive to fragrance, this could definitely be an issue. As for the food, our Eggs Benedict initially came out overcooked, but our server Jonathan A. handled it perfectly. He immediately took it back, asked the chef to remake it, and the second round was spot on. Great recovery and attentive service on his part. I ordered a hazelnut cappuccino, not realizing that cinnamon lettering would be added on top. I personally don't tolerate cinnamon, so I removed the foam and didn't say anything, but this might be something for management to consider ~ asking guests beforehand would be appreciated. Overall, the service was good, valet is offered upon arrival, and the ambiance is lovely. While it didn't completely blow my mind, it's still a beautiful spot with solid service. All things considered, I'd honestly give it 4 stars and would return, especially for the atmosphere. read more

Salvatore was a professional server, passionate about the menu and insured our overall experience was memorable. From the service to the ambiance to the food.. everything was exquisite. You're transported into a rose garden and everything tastes absolutely amazing I made last minute reservations for a bachelorette party and they thankfully had space for our group. We ordered mimosas, cappuccinos, croissants, breakfast dishes and matcha. It was all amazing. The level of detail in the food palate was incredible. You could taste the love and dedication that was put into every dish and dessert. Vkusnyy "brunch" v Sanni-Ayls! (Though technically breakfast is "zavtrak". Pitbull isn't the only Mr. Worldwide in Miami. I know more than a few words in Russian, especially those pertaining to food & drink. I say this because I really enjoyed Shakshuka, a traditional eastern European breakfast dish made with a hearty tomato sauce, perfectly runny eggs, onions, aromatic truffles & balls of mozzarella in a light crust of baked cheese & garnished with jalapenos. I also added grilled chicken as a protein; we enjoyed the clean & mildly citrusy taste. Located in the lobby of an office building in Sunny Isles and steps from the 163 Street pier, Rose Cafe is a cutesy spot for a brunch date. In addition to the mimosas we shared (raspberry for me, both lychee & classic for her) my ladyfriend enjoyed a classic avocado toast. We also shared their fluffy & fresh-fruit loaded french toast with a sprinkle of nutella. It was served with a light maple syrup. Sidenote, there's also a counter a few steps away from the dining room. As far as drinks, definitely go for the raspberry or lychee mimosas. While all them were garnished with fresh pulpy fruit, the original did taste a little light on the toast. Our waiter was pleasant if with a few old school jokes about "who was driving". My ladyfriend was checked for ID - even though we're both in the same age range. It gave a mildly "Komitet gosudarstvennoy bezopasnosti" vibe :) We valeted, and at least on the weekends it is complimentary provided with validation from the restaurant. Also as far as logistics, we scored literally a 15 minute reservation close to closing time even with inside seating since it's a little too toasty for sitting outside in July. read more

This place was absolutely gorgeous!! Sooo pink and girly, I felt a little underdressed but nevertheless I felt welcomed by the staff who were also dressed the part. Immediately I was given the option to pick where I wanted to sit. I ordered the ham and cheese croissant which came out so cute. I love the attention to detail, in the way they rolled the ham to look like roses. Now the coffee!!!! Omg I wish I remembered what it was called but it's the only latte that has mushroom! Such an elegant place. They offer complimentary valet parking, but if you're staying at a nearby hotel, the walk is easy and not bad at all. I loved the roses throughout the property--they added such a beautiful touch. We only ordered the affogatos, but wow, they were delicious. The vanilla gelato was smooth and flavorful, and the espresso shot was rich and perfectly balanced. At $11, it felt a bit pricey, but I would absolutely order it again. One thing to note: they charge $9 for water, which I wish had been disclosed beforehand. Other than that, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely come back. read more

The atmosphere at Rose Cafe is truly beautiful, but the food was a major letdown during our visit. We ordered the lobster, which had so little meat that my youngeter was still hungry afterward. The Chicken Pollo with curry sauce was also a disappointment--it was surprisingly bland and had no real taste. We also tried the pasta with beef risotto, but it suffered from the same issue as the lobster: very little meat. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed the almond butter toast. The addition of shaved almonds and coconut made it perfectly sweet and salty. Five of us sat at a beautiful round table. The ambiance was pretty and bright, and has a wall lined with windows. The food presentation was 10/10 and the portion size was decent. The hummus had a strong curry flavor and it was interesting to have toast bread served with it instead of pita bread. The toast was very dense but had good flavor. The radish on the avocado toast was delicious! The honey truffle toast had a dried tomato paste spread and it was very overpowering. Overall we enjoyed our lunch and had great service. Find this cute cafe for brunch last Saturday, the cafe is adorable, a unique and petite cafe decorated with charming and very elegant details and lots of roses. I ordered a cappuccino and tried the French toast with berries and flamed bananas. Presentation, taste and texture was top notch. I loved that the French toast because it had a generous amount of berries and also nuts, it was very tasty. My party ordered the Breakfast Croissant and she really like it. We enjoyed the ambience, the music and the overall experience was amazing and my cappuccino was PERFECT! The staff was friendly, attentive and welcoming. They also have outdoors seating. Had the best brunch date with my girl friends today. We made reservations prior (recommended bc seating is limited) and were seated promptly when we got there. The staff were all smiles and very attentive. I asked for some recommendations and she did not disappoint. Keep in mind, the restaurant is inside a building so it's valet only. But complementary for cafe patrons (of course - pay tips to the valet though). Also, the decor is so cute! Lots of IG opportunities for those who like it. So dress for those pics. As for the food, I have to say, what stood out was the scrambled egg croissant. The dish was massive! I've never seen a croissant that huge! And super tasty. Also, my gf's had the mochachino and the ice mocha latte. And both loved it. Not too overly sweet. One had the golden latte which doesn't have espresso at all, but she loved it also. Gorgeous florals, a telephone booth, pink, pink and more pink. This place is a tik tok or Instagram dream. Perfect for videos and photo opportunities. The dessert I had is called Framboise. It is a Rose Macaron filled with velvety rose and white Belgium chocolate soft cream, adorned with fresh strawberries. Whew. I know that was a lot but it's soo good!!!! All of the flavors just complement each other so well! I wish I would have taken one to go! The cappuccino I ordered was also very good. The logo on top is a nice touch.
