Cool establishment and nice ambiance but parking was confusing which we found out was across the street as opposed to next to the restaurant. The service was pretty good all throughout. The hostess explained a little bit about the menu and style of food available and talked about how this Los Verdes differs from others (bar and a smash burger). We ordered a passionfruit margarita and beer - both of which were cold and good. We then ordered the Colombian sausage (or hotdog?) and a beef and cheese arepa. The hotdog was huge and very filling. The arepa was also large but average on flavor. I had to load up on the sauces to give it a boost. The paper the arepa was wrapped in was oily all around and it was impossible to eat without feeling like an oily mess. Overall, fairly average spot. Good for a quick weeknight dinner. read more

SUCH A HAPPY GIRL! This truly brought me back to my Miami Lakes days. I was hoping to see a green and black menu and a lot less light but I'll take it . I only had my heart set on a maicito de pollo and it stole my heart again. The flavors were so nostalgic. Don't forget the SAUCESSS. Add some green sauce, some pink sauce and the PINA. I've ordered from here a few times and when I call and pick up my food myself, everything is great. Ricardo and Johan were very nice and the food was delicious -- 10/10 with no issues. Unfortunately, my experience ordering through Uber Eats was completely different. I even called ahead to make sure all the sauces were included (since they're a big part of the meal and sometimes cost extra), but when my food arrived it was cold, didn't look appetizing, and only came with 3 sauces for a $40 order. I called the restaurant and they only offered to give me the sauces after, which doesn't help since the food isn't the same without them. Uber was actually more helpful than the restaurant in resolving the issue. I still like this place and will continue to go, but only for pickup from now on. read more

Was in Miami for carnival weekend and we decided to go just because it was close to our Airbnb. We got the Quesadillas based on the waitress recs and more importantly they have a buy 1 get one free special on Thursdays. Quesadillas were flavorless and I do not understand the broken up lays chips on top of the quesadillas. We got the "con Todo" which has beef, chicken and bacon. The beef was chewy and yes flavorless. Service was also lacking as we were the only ones in there as they had just opened but we had to ask for water etc. The place itself is nice with outdoor seating. Not sure how I came across this place located in a spot that is being redeveloped to look like a downtown Hollywood and wynwood with bright cool graffiti on building. Plenty of parking. It also has plenty of seating inside and out. The outside is nice for cooler nights. And it has a rooftop too but we didn't get to go up. We tried the small dedos de queso which had been freshly baked. They came with a guava jelly that was interesting. I also used some of the green salsa (garlic cilantro which reminded me a lot of the salsa in La Granja) For burgers we had a beef burger and a hawaiana burger with coleslaw. Both were good, 2-hand size to handle. The hawaiana with cole slaw was a little messy but tasty. Because it came with a slice of pineapple, it made it extra juicy. There was an "influencer" doing her thing when we went so it was a bit annoying but hey, we were there for the food and next time, I'm ordering the salchipapas because it looks really good. The guy who took care of us was clearly being trained but he was pleasant and recommended a few things. Wish them all the best as the whole area is developed. read more

What a hidden gem!!! This incredible restaurant of Latin hits and burgers was amazing. My husband and I both got the smash burger, which we would normally get medium rare, was only offered with the choice of well done however it didn't upset us one bit because it was delicious! The sauce was so good, we also got chicken empanadas which were *chefs kiss*. Our son got the kids quesadilla and they added a smiley face with the sauce which was so cute but the quesadilla itself was so good! Yes we had to try a tiny bit of it and we were so glad we did the chicken was very well seasoned and portioned perfectly with their cheese. The staff was also incredibly attentive and kind to our son so the service was very good in our eyes. Will be back again! read more

Super cute hidden gem. Glad to have a los verses closer to home! The chorizo was delicious and the hot dog to die for! it brought me back home to with the pineapple sauce. The service was great, our server was attentive and also gave us an actually doggy water bowl for our pup since we sat outside. Nonetheless, we will be back! The passion fruit juice was delicious. The only set back was we ordered a beef empanada and it was cold inside but it's okay bc they took care of us and handled it well. read more

After reading all the glowing reviews and way overdue in getting that burger fix, we decided to venture over to Los Verdes. It's a cool new spot in Hallandale, easy to get to, plenty of parking with both inside and outside seating in a woodsy forest like environment with a rooftop experience soon to come. We opted for the Beef Burger and Veggie burger; approx. $15 each. Both were excellent, 2-hand size to handle, yet not quite sold on the smashed potato chips thats added. Adds a twist to a burger for sure, just not so sure if it's a twist I prefer nor extra calories I want. Next visit will probably ask to forgo that addition. Fries were excellent and the added sauces on the table made for a unique burger eating experience accompanied with awesome friendly service. All and all, definitely recommend when opting for one of those high end burger joints. read more

If you don't know about this spot, let me put you on. Los Verdes was introduced to me by my best friend. The service is always great, never had a problem when I call in my order. I ate this sandwich six or so years ago and it's the only thing I eat from there. The portion size is crazy! I always take one of the two patties out they give me and have food for the next day. The sandwich is top of the line, they make it how you like it also. You gotta swag the fries on your own. I was taught by my friend to mix all three. The explosion of flavor is endless. I'm always full before I finish. I'll also recommend their pork belly, crispy as you like it. That's all I've ever tried, good luck and enjoy. read more

This is a really nice spot on a street that's sorta coming back to life. They have an assortment of columbian stuff with burgers and some good sauces to top it off. It's usually not too busy and you can sit inside and out with many fans outside so it's comfortable. I've had the smash burger twice and it's pretty solid, They also have a cream of corn with diff Types of protein not bad. I hope this place thrives and brings some life back to this area read more

Very rude! I did not like the energy here. The workers just stared at me when I walked in and did not make me feel welcome... it was very uncomfortable and loud music so I wasn't able to speak to order properly. it also smelled overwhelmingmy oily and the food is greasy. The burger was amazing, the staff were very friendly and the restaurant itself was very clean. We parked next to the restaurant and paid $2 for 1hr of parking, not sure if there was somewhere else to park for free. Also the seats are a little tight if you have big hips. All in all I definitely recommend. We are already planning on going back to try something else on the menu and because my wife fell in love with their garlic sauce (the white one). The pink one tasted mostly like mayo, another tasted like a sweet pineapple jelly, and the green one is like an avocado ranch, I just used the smash sauce that goes on the burger which you can see in the picture. I have been waiting for this location to open up as I'm a local. It did not disappoint. Great location, they will have a lounge bar, which would be great to watch Futbol matches. The food is phenomenal, the burger is not heavy, the coleslaw adds such a great contrast to the burger, and tue sauces are always fresh. In fact when they bring them to the table they are cold, which means they remain in the fridge until they come to the table. Great idea! I went two days in a row, as I had lunch one day, the burger, and the quesadilla the day after for dinner. Cant wait to come back, and will definitely try other items on the menu. read more

Being a Colombian in Miami I miss the good from my home country and coming to los verdes definitely reminds me of the burgers in Medellin.
