I tried on a pair of shoes and while walking and turning in them he says to me, "I hope you're planning on buying those because you're creasing the hell out of them". Dude, if walking and doing some turns renders your shoes unsellable then you have a problem. The guy is just rude. I've been to the store before and he was rude every time before too. His attitude is one of "are you going to buy anything? If not then get the hell out". In fact in my previous visit I didn't buy anything just because of his attitude. I did buy the shoes because they aren't easy to find. But I seriously considered continuing my search and finding them somewhere else. I seriously didn't want him to make any money from me, that's how much he irritated me, and I get along with mostly everyone. So in conclusion, the store is great but the old guy running the place will probably be rude to you, make you feel uncomfortable and make comments that will make you want to leave the store as fast as possible.

I recently went to this 5.11 location on Friday March 28th with my family to see if things changed and I was reminded for the final time why I will NEVER return again. The guy in the front said something when we walked in and never said another peep or offered to assist with anything at all the whole time we were there. That's not even what bothered me. What made me absolutely livid was when the female worker blew my father off mid-sentence when he was asking her a question about their sale and said "It just depends" with a snarky attitude and TURNED HER BACK ON HIM AND WALKED TO THE BACK OF THE STORE. When I came back out to my car, I found Guardian parking lot security taking pictures of my car, as if he were planning to tow it, or something. When I got in my car, he proceeded to take pictures of my car with me in it. I had pulled through, and the back of my car was a few inches over the line, but there were six other cars in the same row that were a few inches over the line, but in the other direction. I was clearly a customer, not a loiterer. I had made purchases at both Kohl's and Burlington, but had stuck them in my trunk, so that no one would be tempted to break my windows over cheap home goods. My car ended up not starting, and I had to call AAA. I didn't feel safe leaving my car at this point, as I was afraid that parking lot security might be engaging in predatory towing practices. It was so weird. I actually took pictures of the guy taking pictures of me, and sent them to my mom, cause it was a little creepy. Eventually, AAA came and jumped my car, and I went home.
