I came here for the first time for a Christmas gift . Experience in the store was fine . It's the product. Bought the bearpaw "slipper" with the embroidery edge. It has started to unravel all over . It is well over the 30 day return window. So I had bought shoe glue to hopefully stop it. So i am very upset the product . Are these real bearpaws? Are they at the outlet because of defaults ? I have brand new shoes, still in the plastic I got as a Christmas gift that I went to exchange the day after Christmas because my grandma got the wrong size and they refused to accept the exchange without a receipt or gift receipt. My grandma was told that it wouldn't be needed for any exchanges so she threw the receipt away. Extremely disappointed in the customer service, especially during holidays. They are clearly new and never worn. I've worked retail and any retail job I've had has accepted exchanges at the very least even without a receipt.
