Today I had a morning to celebrate!!! I just completed a presentation for a group that I have been trying to get in front of for nearly FIVE years solid. Even joking to my friends as i drive up that I was about to go get the door slammed in my face again... At one point I just kept trying because it was a habit and the group is very important. But somehow this week I was able to make the impossible happen! Yay! Persistence paid off for once, rather then just wasting my precious energy and time like I have with so many other people/things. Lol! So to reward myself for the craziness of going from completely shut out to having near full access, even if it will still be a long road of doing my job..... I thought "ICE CREAM!!!" I have been here once before and it is such a cute idea. A little drive thru stand that isn't common place where I live. I drove up and spent $4 on a chocolate sundae. Great price and it was a good amount of ice cream. While not this crazy high quality type of thing, it was still really good and was decorated in such an old school happy way. Sometimes you have to celebrate the things you do well. Especially, if they are things that others might not totally understand or appreciate as a win. This is not a bad stop for such a mini celebration! Yay I am so excited and full of ice cream!!!! read more

I have to stop by everytime I'm in town. I live in San Diego but I go to the valley to visit family pretty often. Everytime I'm in town i have to stop here. It's the perfect place to fulfill your cravings whether its sweet, salty or both. My favorite is the Strawberry natural raspado with creme. My boyfriends favorite is the clamato cocktail and my daughters get hot cheetos and ice cream. I've also had the elote in a cup which is just okay. Stick with the raspados and cocktails! It's a small little building that you can drive thru or walk up to. But dont let the size of the building fool you because they have plenty of options and the service is pretty quick. Not to mention everyone I've ordered from has been pretty cool. read more

Solid spot for a quick meal. I typically come here after my haircut because it's next door to the barbershop. Literally had no idea this place had birria and I'm so happy I know now. They also sell desserts but I'm not a fan of the Mexican style of dessert so I didn't order but it for sure looks good. If you're in the vicinity and need a quick meal or a refreshing drink you for sure should stop here. read more

Really excited for some elote with Mayo and cheese aka Esquite but on their menu it's called something different, asked the guy what it had in it and he never once mentioned it came with 70% water . Took all the flavor right out of the elote and did not enjoy that what's so ever. It's like I was drinking Mayo and water and cheese... gross. My husband ordered a cacawate loco and that was a lot better but mine was horrible. read more

First time I came here I ordered a chamoyada and it barely had any juice it was a lot of ice and the ice wasn't super shaved either it was a bit chunky. The wait time was a bit too long and the ciruela raspado we ordered was also 80% ice 20% actual juice. read more

I recommend the Enchiloso its so good! I think I order it every time I go. They are very friendly and I really enjoy there raspados.

The food is delicious but some staff could use training in costumer service. They have been rude the last two times I have been there. This makes me sad as I have been a customer for years and the staff knows me well. The last time I went 10 minutes before 8:00, which is closing time and the window was closed yet the staff was inside laughing and having a great time. Very disappointed but happy there are other excellent places just two minutes away. read more

Horrible customer service, the girl taking my order was most likely having trouble understanding my order and instead of just asking me to repeat myself in Spanish she just said okay and made my order. Gave me one of my papas locos completely wrong and when I went back to get new ones because they were in fact, you guessed it, made wrong she gave me an attitude and said I didn't order it correctly..? Although they serve good food here I will no longer be returning. there are many other locations that provide better customer service and equally great food who I would be more than happy to spend my hard earned coin at. read more

I have been a frequent customer for years. I think the tea and hot cheetos are better than the donut shop. However, the past few visits the cashier has been a young girl who is rude and I feel like she over charges me. She messed up my order and got frustrated and shouted "Well what do you want then?!" I should have taken my business elsewhere. They need to hire friendlier staff. Plus they need to build something to enjoy your snacks indoors or at least bring back the bench outside. read more

Someone lied when they said Conchitas or Donut shop had the best tea. This place should be notorious for the sweet tea.

We went today for our first time and we were happy to try a new place. So we ordered a rapado de Mango "NATURAL" obviously it was not natural only a few peace's of mango.. cacahuates locos full of Clamato and cucumber just a few cacahuates.. and I ask the guy if he can get me a new spoon so he asked me anything else??? And i asked him why it's too far away ??? I'm not recommend this place with this customer service!!!! read more

Awesome fruit salads!! & the Pico de Gallo are to die for!!!

The iced teas are freaking delicious! The drive thru is a bit slow but I guess that's because everything is made to order. This place is on our way to town and back so we always try and stop by for some teas. Always taste the same, they're consistent, which is good. read more

Tried their Fresa Con Leche Raspado natural with lechera on top. It was delicious! It had a good amount of strawberries on top. The ice was shaven perfectly. Staff at window was friendly and service was fast. We went at night so there was no line. read more

Iced tea is my favorite in the valley (tied to Fayuka in Heber), i like how they actually put half a lemon in the bag when you order chips with chamoy, unlike Donut Palace, they arent stingy with the chamoy and lemon! read more

Great food, horrible service. They treat customers horrible because they know they can get away with it since the food is good. I repeatedly asked them for easy ice, and every single time, it's loaded to the top with ice. This place could use some customer service seminars. read more
