Stopped in today mid-afternoon to grab a coffee to go. The cafe was booming, with people at every table. I was able to find street parking right away, while I ran in! I then walked over to the kiosk and perused the menu. The iced red velvet latte caught my eye, and thats what I went with! I was not blown away by the flavor or the service today unfortunately. While my drink was made fairly quickly, the barista was not very friendly. There was limited interaction to begin with because ordering at the kiosk.I personally prefer ordering at a kiosk, so I can take my time and look all the options over.But when I had thanked the barista for my beverage, I was not even acknowledged. read more

Stopped in while traveling. Upon arriving the ship reeked of Fabulouso cleaner. Young woman who took our order was very friendly. Ordered an iced mocha, half sweet, honey latte, half sweet and a peach tea. They were out of peach tee. Coffees were bitter and subpar. The almond croissant was okay. I got an iced chai latte and it tasted like straight milk. I typically go to a different local coffee shop, but they were closed this day, so I decided to give La Gazelle a shot. I will never return here after how bad the drink was. The options were very limited, and what they did have was EXPENSIVE. I was thinking of doing a latte, but $9.50 for a regular size is insane. So I stuck with my usual (an iced chai latte), and it was the worst chai I've ever had. The barista was wonderful and very kind, which is the only reason I would even give a star. If I could just rate the service, it would be 5 stars. The interior is very minimal and on the bland side. I highly recommend The Bagel Chicks, Siblings Coffee, and Joan+Joe's Coffee if you're visiting or need a new coffee place. read more

What a hidden gem in downtown Charles Town! It was the only local coffee spot open on Sunday that we could find and it was amazing. It is a great atmosphere with plenty of seating. I had the pistachio cream latte and it is hands down the best latte I've had! It is a must-try. They also have pastries that look like they are baked fresh. The beans are ground in house. Freshly brewed and the pastry is freshly baked as well. The owner is personable and attentive to any special requests. Comfy chairs in the front and rugged decor makes Lagazelle a great local spot. read more

The staff was great and very friendly. The coffee unfortunately was not that great. I ordered one and asked for extra flavor since I prefer to really taste the flavors added but even with paying for extra you could not taste the maple at all. If you like strong black coffee with limited flavors added then here would be great for you. read more

The place was really cute and the coffee was really good but it was just extremely overpriced. A small coffee was the size of a kiddy blizzard at DQ and the price of probably a medium blizzard. I could go to Dunkin and get a large coffee and it would be around the same price for 5 times the coffee. But it was convenient being the only small business coffee shop open on a Sunday. The menu was very confusing to read but the service was alright nothing special but not good. read more
