Well, you know what you're getting when you go to a chain restaurant. I was very happy with my experience at this location. I highly recommend getting the pick 2. That'll get you a salad and sandwich. Both items were quite filling. I recommend the chicken Cobb salad and the chicken avocado sandwich. They were delicious. I have nothing negative to say about our visit to Panera's!!! The food, an egg, cheese and sausage sandwich on an asiago bagel, chef's choice, was delicious. All cooked perfectly. Presented nicely. Very substantial portion. My husband had a pecan braid also. He liked it very much. The orange juice was yummy! My coffee, light roast, was excellent! We were greeted appropriately, waited on quickly and got our food in short order. I noticed the restaurant was very clean, I did not see any dirty tables. The trays were picked up almost immediately when placed in the disposal area. The staff were was very kind in asking how our food was and if we needed anything? Very dirty! Front door looked like someone smeared butter all over glass. Napkins on floor when you walk in. Coffee station a mess with coffee spilled everywhere. Booth seats have big rips in them with white stuffing coming out and on at least 4 separate booths have holes. Dirty plates on tables sticky benches and needs a total makeover. Staff were rude, loud and unhelpful. Had attitude when asked questions. You could hear the workers behind the pick up counter complaining about customers and bumping their own food up in line to get made faster. Not a peaceful environment due to the employees. When I came in here awhile ago with a group this place was like a ghost town but someone in our group wanted to eat here. The place inside has seen better days seats where ripped tables not clean the place was not clean. I wanted to order the cranberry item its a seasonal item that most panera breads sell, but this one I guess does not carry seasonal items and a lot of the other stuff was sold out so I got a salad , and I can say for as much as it cost it should of been fresher. I went there for lunch today when I checked their menu online. I noticed they had French Onion soup Or as they call it bistro, French onion soup. The first thing I noticed was. You could get a cup or a bowl. If I go somewhere where I have not been. And it is on the menu. I will get it every time. And I have never had to choose a cup or a bowl. Start with the broth It was really cloudy and heavy. But the flavor wasn't bad. The onions I would have been happy with half of the amount. The cheese was shredded cheese on top and not very much. Was Panera always this bad? The wait staff is ok -this review is about the food quality and it's lacking. Seriously. I spent $20 for soup, small drink and a sandwich. The soup was concentrated from a bag. It had that viscous consistency that only bagged up Sysco food type venues carry. My sandwich was tasteless and came with wilted greens that I scraped off. They look like 5 day old produce. Wow Panera if I wasn't spending a gift card I would have never stopped here. The fact my entire gift card went to pay for bad food speaks volumes. This is literally the worst Panera I've ever been to. The issues boil down to a lack of management and are across the board so I'll just list them in no particular order: Online orders placed in advance (like 4 items 20+ minutes in advance) never ready. Run out of baguettes. (This is a bakery, folks) Dirty bathrooms. Tables and booths dirty. Seemingly enough staff, but only a few ever appear to be working. I'll pause here to call out Champ as a repeat offender numerous times I've been in. They do not care. The facial expressions are obvious. Customers standing at counters not addressed while Champ works on a tablet, or others mill about. No plastic cutlery available or in to go orders. Clearly start shutting down at 8pm. Tea dispensers with detergent water in them. No signage, unattended. To go food simply thrown in bag, literally halfway up/down. Hot stuff, cold stuff, allmixed together. Soup or mac and cheese after 730pm you are clearly getting the bottom of the pot. Tonight the mac and cheese was all sauce, not enough noodles. Like cheese soup. My whole family ordered the umami bowls and they did not have the cabbage blend for the soba noodle bowls. They were very nice about it and offered for us to substitute a different green. I called this restaurant and was very impressed with their understanding and handling of the situation. The manager took charge, connected with Door Dash and had our order completely remade. This Panera habitually screws up: 1) missing ingredients (out of stock not updated) 2) poor customer service. Kid locked the door while looking at me and my mobile order was sitting on the shelf. A customer let me in. 3) keep mobile orders at the front behind counter too often. One reason given - ran out of ink so instead of writing on the receipt decided to keep the mobile order until I asked for it and they had to figure it out. Now that's smart. Btw, these were from my all the last three orders. Bad management and sub par customer service, but consistent. For the price you pay, should be better. This place has gone downhill. The prices are higher while the food portions are smaller. They sent their best manager to a neighboring store. At night when they're about to close, some employee turns on loud music behind the counter while the overhead music is still on. And if they have a new item in the store, it's not always on the website first which is annoying if you're someone with food allergies, when I am. The restaurant is usually pretty clean--cleaner recently than in the past. If you plan to use the WiFi, go elsewhere because it's super duper slow if you can get connected at all. read more

The price for two sandwiches, a bowl of soup and two bottles of water was over $21... and we're not going fancy here. Seems a bit much... no, it seems too much for that kind of meal when I can get a much bigger meal for less than that at Cracker Barrel. The food was... okay. My wife had the French Onion soup and we agreed that it tasted "packaged," like there was no fresh preparation aside from tossing in the cheese and croutons. She also had a chicken salad sandwich, and the only side choices were chips or an apple. While the sandwich was tasty, it wasn't $8 tasty. I had the Cuban Chicken Panini. Also flavorful, but nothing to write home about. It was smothered in too much cheese, and the "Cuban" flavoring was a bit like frozen peppers that got warmed and put on the sandwich. Panera makes great breads, bagels and pastries, but when it comes to the other items on the menu, they tend to be overpriced. I don't mind paying extra for a quality product, but Panera has a different definition of quality than I do, apparently. For instance, They have a large selection of panini sandwiches that sound very appealing, although they are pricey. However, I have friends with food allergies, and a wife who is a picky eater, so there are some ingredients that we asked to not be included on the sandwich. Imagine our surprise when we were told that we had to get the sandwich as listed on the menu, because they are premade, frozen, and then reheated at the time of order. Call me crazy, but going through the effort to make a good sandwich with fresh bread and the freezing it seems to be very counterproductive. Besides not being able to customize an order, you're also freezing fresh product for no good reason. If getting a sandwich and a drink is going to cost me $10, I expect it to be more than a premade frozen sandwich being slapped on a panini press. I guess if Panera's food is fresh, then Stouffers can start labeling everything in the frozen case at the supermarket as "fresh" as well. I've tried this establishment a few times, each of which hoping my visit would be more pleasant than the previous. However, that optimism was quickly proved to be wrong as every single experience I've had here was miserable. One visit it literally smelled of human feces by the ordering counter. This is not an exaggeration, I'm not sure if someone behind the counter couldn't control themselves, if there was something wrong with the restaurants pluming or if someone discarded a baby's diaper in one of the trash cans but it was unbearable and the staff showed no effort in resolving the issue. Another visit I ordered a bowl of soup and it was plated so poorly that it looked as if someone scooped a ladle of jailhouse gravy all over my tray and bowl. If this place requests me to pay as much as they do for its food, then I request that they present it in a respectful manor at least. Until this place shows an improvement in character, I will be attending lunch elsewhere, as there are an infinite number of establishments who aim to treat their customers to a pleasant experience. I do not recommend this place if you are in the area looking for lunch or dinner. Save your money and your time by trying another local option; you'll be thankful you did. read more
