When I arrived there was only one other party already sitting and 1 to go pick up order arrived in front of me. Both of us had to wait longer than you would expect for the only server to come out of the kitchen to bring food to the seated party, seat me and then help the pick up order customer. Once ordered food arrived promptly. Since it was Tuesday, I chose the taco basket with 2 chicken and 1 beef. The complimentary chips and salsa were good with 2 different salsa options a green and red. I didn't not a significant heat level difference between the 2 and liked both. While both types of tacos were good, I preferred the chicken especially after adding some of the green salsa and sour cream. I found it filling enough for lunch and other than adding a margarita would have been satisfied for dinner as well. The Mexican Pizza I had on previous visit was really good and would order again too. It also took longer than expected for the check and to get change back. The decor inside is pretty typical for Americanized Mexican style restaurants. I probably will return at some point for lunch again just not in a big rush and definitely not if I need a quick turnaround.

The chips were seasoned well and the salsa was fresh. We had good service, but we could tell our server was new. He was a little slow and we had to repeat ourselves a few times, but he made an effort to do his best job. The menu has a lot of unique options and I had a hard time narrowing down what I wanted to order. I ended up ordering the Gringa Bonita salad, and it was really fresh. The chicken was cooked well and the portion was large. My friend is gluten free and she ordered a quesadilla. Our waiter took her gluten allergy very seriously and checked with the kitchen multiple times to answer her questions and reassure her. We also ordered queso and it was delicious. This location is also really nice, cozy, and quiet, which makes it a great spot for a relaxed meal. The food is consistently delicious, and I always leave satisfied.
