For context, my mom's NEVER worked out in her life before. I also had surgeries (most recently October 2025) and have been unable to exercise since 2024. We took Christina's class on a Saturday morning and it was everything and more than we expected. Vera also assisted Christina, and they provided such an open and inviting environment. We were out of our comfort zones, but we were guided and felt safe throughout the whole way. It's silly, but I'm scared of heights (and falling) and genuinely thought that I wasn't going to be able to have my feet leave the ground. Vera and Christina's knowledge and warmth quickly disarmed my fears. I was still holding back, but I knew that we were secure and in good hands. Also, in my opinion, this was a GREAT beginners workout. My mom and I are not in the best shape, but Christina also educated us about modifications to the movements we were doing and the whole experience was accessible and inclusive. For the first time in such a long time, I was able to actually work out without having any complications after the fact. The videos make it look easy, but you're definitely still getting a workout. I also want to recognize how they were always engaging and attentive to our needs. At some point, my mom did have to take a break and step out, but Christina and Vera checked on her during and after class. Also, they airdropped us some class footage for free, which we appreciated. To call the experience welcoming would be such an understatement. It was our first time, but Christina and Vera were approachable and really made our experience unforgettable. I still feel like this is one of the best aerial spaces in Los Angeles, but I could be a bit biased to the high ceilings and making such great connections at this studio. Only thing I would love, is if they offered more hammock classes and open gym slots. It I know they also offer probates with instructors so I'm sure they have to accommodate a lot of that too. Trippy's energy radiates through a screen and I was immediately interested in being coached by him. I had my first lesson last night and WOW!!!!! I left the studio so giddy and excited. I am TERRIBLE at pole but it has become so addicting for me and trippy made me feel so comfortable about my skill level and allowed me to feel safe in my space. Since I've done all the research for this, -no, you will not find a better coach for a better price anywhere near here. Trust me. To be fair, I go to the other studio because it's quite literally .5 minutes walking distance from my house and they offer open pole (so does this place) so it allows me to practice what I've learned with trippy on a regular basis. I feel like this is awesome and allows for such a wide selection of classes. I also feel that the instructors I have experienced are extremely knowledgeable and talented! There is plenty of street parking all day in the surrounding streets. And it feels safe, even at night. I will most likely continue to have this studio in my rotation and I am looking forward to taking other instructors. Additionally, the desk staff was super kind and helpful the first time I visited. Poles and additional items are standard to other studios. One thing to note though, is that there are some classes that get booked super early in advance so you may have to wait about 1-2 months to find an opening.

The program is structured, intentional, and actually doable even if handstands have felt intimidating or inconsistent before. Aza breaks everything down in a way that makes you feel supported instead of rushed. Each week builds on the last with clear cues, smart progressions, and drills that target the real issues like strength, alignment, balance, and confidence not just kicking up and hoping for the best. I appreciated how much emphasis she puts on form, wrist care, and body awareness. My shoulders feel stronger, my balance is more controlled, and my entries are way cleaner. What stood out most is that this series doesn't just train your body it trains your patience and mindset. I feel more confident upside down and more connected to my movement overall. If you've been wanting to build a solid handstand foundation or clean up your technique without burning out or getting injured this series is 100 percent worth it. Highly recommend.

We put on our aprons, washed our hands, and quickly got seated to begin our group lesson on knife sharpening and vegetable chopping. She and Chef Adam even walked around to make sure we were doing everything properly and not cutting our fingers off. What I thought was really neat was that Chef Liz had a mirror on the ceiling to provide an aerial view of what she was doing at her station! The menu was great. We had lemon berry scones, quiches, bell pepper and leek hashbrowns, bread pudding, and an omelette bar! Chefs Liz and Adam were very organized and had each station prepared with all the ingredients. They had all the instruments needed to create a truly delicious brunch feast. I will definitely be back to try one of Chef Liz and Chef Adams classes in the near future!
