I tried out the beginner Aerial Fit Tricks 101 today and loved it. The group I was in had mixed experience levels and Rachel, the instructor, introduced ways for me to adapt movements to meet my skill and strength level. It was super cool to try out & I'll definitely be back soon. Very friendly and welcoming to newcomers, so I would encourage anyone interested to go for it! Such a great place for adult to play, to realize their childhood dream becoming a circus performer. Cirque school has some of the best teachers in the world! Can't speak enough about Sagiv, who is the hand balancing teacher. So attentative, so knowledgeable and so friendly. I also like to take flexibility with Lila. She is very friendly too. Gana is a super star, but way too advance for beginner. I've also taken hammock with Sarah, also a very great teacher! The classes here are in levels, to make sure you progress in order to move to the next level. Some people don't like it, but after doing aerial for a couple of years, I have to say this is probably a good way to progress and to prevent injury. We are adults now, not kids body anymore. This place has so many classes, and they have kids summer camp too! I love their varieties and the outstanding teachers there! And it is always fun to take classes there. read more

I did this as a living social deal and I did the Acrofit and it was intense. We did a circuit of different acrobatic workouts. Aerial Hoop, Trapeze, Aerial silk, and back workouts. It was intense. I thought I was in shape, but no. This kicked my butt. Great workout. With the help of the instructor (Rob is awesome), I was able to hold myself up on the trapeze upside down. It was scary as heck, but I actually did it. I can see how it's an amazing workout. I was sweating bullets. The pre-warm up was fun. I still use some of their warm up for my regular workouts. PARKING: Street and meter. Hard to find if you take night classes. I took it Sat morning, so tons of parking. LOCATION: Near Thai Town Small place that is in a alley AMBIANCE Felt like a big giant circus! Hoops, space, mats, etc. SERVICE: Rob was awesome! Have him as an instructor! He is really cool! Which is very helpful, it takes your mind of your physical challenge, sameness and it is inspiring - a smart set up. People are very friendly and we had a really good time while we were keeping fit. I paid $25 for one class you can buy deals than its cheaper. Personally I think it's a little too pricy, on the other hand you are good to yourself which always is a priceless investment. I did a Groupon deal and got 5 classes, I chose to take one of every 101 class, so Ill be reviewing based on quality of class instruction, facilities and instructors themselves. I will say the instructors are excellent, I definitely felt like they were genuine and skilled. The classes go from 101, to advanced. Which is awkward because you may be in a class with people that have been practicing for a year, which means that everyone is not getting the same instruction, and they have to divide instruction between two learning capabilities. Most classes managed it well, some did not. They would benefit greatly to add more classes in between with well defined skill sets. I.e. if you can do this, you should take 102. The current structure has way too large of a gap and it is a hindrance to the students growth and experience. The class variety is great, I really enjoyed Aerial, handstands, flexibility and Acrobatics. So I have no doubt you will not get bored if you choose to purchase class passes here! The class quality of instruction for flexibility and aerial was amazing. I felt like I learned so much! The reason for 4 stars is because there is no spring floor. I do come from a tumbling background, and I have never tumbled on anything other than spring floor in a training gym. Spring floor is essential to preserve the athletic life of the athlete (you can tumble longer because you dont mess your knees up) and super essential for beginners! When I was a cheerleader, there were lots of cheerleaders that came to my gym solely because they came from a gym that did not have spring floors, and they injured themselves permanently. Unfortunately, they learned AFTER their injuries how important it is to train in a well equipped facility. Also 4 stars because this place is sweltering hot! Like, way too hot! I'm from the desert, it is heat stroke temps in there!!! I would never take another Acro class here due to that, but I would definitely come back to handstand, aerial and flexibility. read more

I'm a beginner and I've only done one Aerial 101 class here so far - though I will definitely be back for more. The teachers (and other students) are knowledgeable, encouraging, and welcoming, and they have a strong focus on conditioning. In fact, that might be my only complaint - you almost do too much conditioning in the 101 class. Class is only one hour and you work on two apparatuses (apparati?): trapeze and silks. While conditioning is very important (and I am weak so I need it!), it can feel a little unrewarding and discouraging when you're mostly doing conditioning and you're weak. The other studio I go to incorporates more tricks into class, so you feel like you're doing cool stuff and getting conditioning along the way. I'm sure you probably get stronger faster with Cirque School's method, but you don't get as much of that sense of accomplishment. That said, it's a fun, supportive atmosphere and they really mean it when they say this is for "anybody with any body". It's a unique and fun full-body workout, and they will modify as needed for your strength/skill level. They offer a wide variety of classes, and I'm looking forward to trying Acro Fit and maybe Flex & Stretch! They also have a variety of class times, which is huge if you are not independently wealthy and need a day job in order to afford your fitness activities (e.g. me). Class sizes are small so you get lots of hands-on attention from the instructor. My class was with Sarah and she was great. read more

I regret so much by purchasing 5 classes here. This is the least friendly studio I have ever been. All the instructors are knowledgeable and looks like they are professional performers but they are not the nicest people. I was struggling in class, instead of helping me he yelled at me for not listening to instruction. If I could hold on the swing more I WOULD! Never done a backflip? Like the circus? Want to risk becoming a quadriplegic while acquiring a new athletic hobby? Want to look like a total dildo while doing it? This is the place for you. I've taken Stretch and Flexibility, Acro Fit, Intro to Aerial, and Intro to Tumbling here. The staff act like Cirque du Soleil understudies who need to make some extra cash. Do they know their shit? Absolutely. Are they muscular and hot and intimidating? Yup. But the notion that this place caters to people of all fitness and experience levels is completely false, and even dangerous. I took one aerial class and sucked, as is to be expected. I had never done it before. But anytime I asked for help, I was met with exasperated eye rolls from the toned, bespectacled instructor who looked at me like I was missing a chromosome. I have major concerns about the safety of some of these classes, particularly intro to tumbling. I walked in to my first class, having never done a cartwheel, and was expected to just BACKFLIP ON TO A TRAMPOLINE. NO. The stars are mostly for the cute guy at the front desk and the flexibility and stretch teacher, who's also nice to look at and funny. Though if you're visibly struggling, expect to be lightly ridiculed. Definitely not a place for the self conscious or introverted. read more

I hate to mess up your 5-star rating, but I was actually shocked to see this place was rated with five stars! I was excited to go to this place with my friend after buying a coupon on Living Social ages ago. We had been planning for weeks to go, so my hopes were high! And then Cirque School shot them down. Quickly. I teach Pilates and other exercise classes, and I was so taken aback that there were no modifications or considerations for injuries/soreness given. I'm not going to come with a broken arm, but as a first-timer and after only a quick, rushed warm-up my body was not ready to effectively do some of the exercises. My friend and I would've put money down that this was the first time they had taught the class. At the beginning of the circuit-training, they told us that after the two minutes at the station, we would teach the next group what to do....huh? The guy that helps with the trapeze is really helpful. The first two stars are because I didn't have to pay full price and I got a good workout, sure. He gets the third star. The lady that runs the class has an attitude problem. A sample of our interaction at her station: Her: "You two will have to roll up your pants." Me: (b/c the last time we just rolled up one leg) "One leg or both?" Her: "I've been doing this for more than ten years, I know what I'm doing." ...huh? You don't have to tear your body apart to get a good workout. I think newbies could really hurt themselves taking a class here. I love how the universe plays tricks on you. Well, more likely on me. It is not the first time that I misinterpreted information. Long story short, I was texting an acquaintance who mentioned about cirque training and how it helped him develop better balance and agility. For some reason, I misinterpreted the information as a "circuit" training class, thinking it was about cycling and pilates and stuff. After registering online for the "aerial fitness/conditioning" class I realized it wasn't what I originally thought it was. Oh well, I'm a trouper. When I entered Cirque School, I immediately saw the hanging fabric and trapeze bars and knew this would be a challenge. As for the class, it was tough. I have a background in martial arts which has blessed me to still remain limber but I had to use all different muscles that I did not know I had to get through this class. My main focus when taking this class was the technique. I had to analyze the form on how to climb up the fabric, hang upside down on the trapeze bar and other strengthening exercises. Proper form and technique reduces the risk of injury. After going through the class, I give a lot of credit for people who do this for a living. It's challenging both mentally and physically. Praying that you do not fall off the trapeze bar while you hanging upside down is pretty scary. As for the instructors, I found them to be very helpful and encouraging especially since this was my first class. The facility looks like a gymnasium, the type if you were to take gymnastics. There is plenty of street parking on the side streets(free) and on Hollywood (metered). I am fortunate to live walking distance from here. For a misinterpretation, it turned out to be a good thing. I'm looking to sign up for another class soon. read more

I love this place. Like any sensible person, I resist working out, so I need to fool myself into thinking I am doing something actually fun. Well, trapeze and aerial silks qualifies! There are some very serious students here and some advanced classes, so it feels a little bit like a professional school. It's not very regimented - you kind of just show up. The space, on a dodgy stretch of Hollyweird Blvd., is airy and high-celinged. Things to know: 1) they have limited changing space so if you can arrive in your gear, it's better 2) they only have filtered water in jugs- be green, bring a bottle 3) DON'T wear baggy sweats - you need to see your form and you do NOT want to be hanging upside down with your sweats in your face 4) IT IS HARD and you'll be sore! 5) Don't be intimidated by all the insanely flexible people spinning around in midair - you'll get there, and if you don't, you'll still have fun. read more

When I left LA a coupe years ago this was one of the places I was most upset about having to leave. There's really nowhere else like it. First off, the range of classes they have here blows away any other "circus" school I've ever seen. And within each class type they offer a variety of levels so you can actually practice the skills/tricks you need rather than being stuck in an open level class, which is what I've encountered in every other circus class I've ever tried. Class sizes are small so you get one-on-one attention and the instructions really take the time to get to know their students' levels. They'll let you know when it's time to move up in a class and really work with you to help you achieve your goals. This review really doesn't do justice to how much I love this place and wish I could go back to LA just to take classes here. If you're bored with your workout and looking for a fun new challenge you HAVE to check it out. Yes, it's pricey, but try one class and you'll be hooked. And Cirque is significantly cheaper than many other circus type schools I've tried before also. read more

I came here since a friend and I were looking to try out some various stretching/contortion classes around LA to find a spot where we can learn contortion in the new year. We're decently flexible already (can do the splits, bridge, etc) but we have no idea what the level of these classes will be like, either, so we definitely wanted to do a beginner class. We did the stretch and flexibility class. Ok, first off.. it was December. I know in LA it doesn't get *that* cold, but it is really tough to do a stretching class in the morning in December in LA in an unheated warehouse. :( A couple space heaters are not enough.. My poor little toes were like icicles at the end of class and I don't think I got as good of a stretch as I could have since it was so cold. Class size was small (there were 8 students) and we did the class in the back area of the school. The teacher put us through our paces and was pretty good about helping you if you didn't seem to know how to do a particular stretch. The one thing I thought was a bit weird was that the teacher wasn't able to do the splits.. I would expect that anyone teaching a flexibility class wouldn't have a problem with that - she did mention she was injured at the beginning of class so maybe that was related? Anyway, in general I think the class itself was pretty alright - I did learn a couple stretches I hadn't done before, and it was nice to do some upper body stretches which I don't normally do. I would say this class is less of a contortion class and more of a general stretch and flexibility class for circus performers - we did less back stretching and more just overall stretching of legs and upper body. Parking really sucks around here - street parking only and it is not that easy to find. I thought the class was a bit expensive but not too terribly overpriced. Definitely an A-OK kind of place. I'm not sure if I would do the stretching class again, but I wouldn't mind to come back here to try some of the other circus classes they have.. too bad it's so far away! read more

I love this place and the trainers so much. I want to mention the five star trainers who have helped me get stronger more flexible while having a great time. 1. Marco 2. James 3. Lauren 4. Ivan 5. Jenn 6. Kate. These trainers are able to handle classes with beginners that can't do a cartwheel or a pull up along with people who can do back handsprings. We all have a good time regardless of our abilities thanks to the trainers. The gym is just big enough to fit everything necessary, one restroom, one changing room, tons of gear stuffed in every corner and hanging from the ceiling. I have found the entire staff to be supportive and friendly, although I do get the sense that it is a tough place to operate. The trainers are often pulled away for weeks or months to travel with a Cirque show or do private gigs. Finding qualified people to fill in must be really hard, but they do find them some how. If you ever wanted to do some crazy acrobatic thing you should come here and tell them about it. They WILL be able to help you do it. read more

Had the absolute pleasure of taking a couple of classes here, Aerial Fitness and Handstands. Would LOVE to make it back, but is a little far for me to drive each week. The owner and instructors are friendly, helpful, and inspiring. I felt very safe in their care, and would highly recommend any class at this place. My jaw dropped as I watched other students train, stretch, and contort. My handstands journey began just before I took the class at Cirque School, and I feel like my hour experience there is to credit for a lot of the progress I had afterward. Like any other bodywork, practice and consistence is key to success, but the tools and tips I took from my class have stayed with me, and I've seen my practice grow. read more

I kind of get why some people don't like this place. In comparison to other aerial studios, yes, there are more barriers to entry to certain classes. To get into a higher level class, you need experience in both trapeze and silks; meaning if you only have experience in silks, but not on trapeze, they will not let you into the higher level aerial classes. Based on this, I can sympathize with individuals that have been training in lyra or hammock for a while, but now are being demoted into the intro class where they feel unchallenged on these apparatuses. Cirque seems keen on developing well-rounded aerialists... that's fine. I took the intro class. Class starts with a group warm-up. The class was divided into 3 groups (2 if a smaller class) based on their level (determined roughly on how many classes you've taken at Cirque?). I guess the point is to try to lump complete beginners into a group. On the other hand, there are often individuals that are lumped into the beginners group, but have aerial experience from elsewhere, so the system isn't perfect. The 3 stations are 1) conditioning, 2) trapeze & hammock, 3) silks. The class was fine. It's very methodical. It wasn't particularly challenging, but it's always nice to do some conditioning. Rick was nice. Overall for me, I consider Cirque School as a place to get some additional cross-training in, but tend to use other aerial studios to train new tricks and combinations. Pros: - It's $20 bucks per class with a package and it doesn't expire. Check Groupon, there are often deals for this place and you can be a current student to take advantage of it. - It's fun cross-training. - Good instruction, teaches solid fundamentals. Professional staff. - I actually think instilling really good foundations with base skills, focusing on strength, and grouping people by level (versus open classes) is a really good idea, and a good way to structure an aerial program. I think if circumstances had been different, and I had been introduced to aerial this way versus coming in with a hodge-podge aerial background, I would have really liked this program. - ~12 students to 2 instructors: everyone got their own hammock, silks, trapeze. You keep moving doing something all the time. I never felt like I was wasting my time. Cons: - Not the highest ceilings in the world (they vary) but good enough. - Parking and traffic suck in this location. Read the signs and give yourself time to circle the block. If you are desperate, try parking in the Ross/Ralphs underground parking lot; I've never needed to pay when I parked there. Who will be happy taking this class? - People interested in fun class aerial fitness training, or want a well-rounded aerial curriculum, people that like structured curriculums (to me, this program comes closest to Kerry Wee's aerial program @ JJGym, but it is multi-apparatus and much larger) Who will not be happy here? - People that have been training in 1 aerial apparatus for a while, and want to focus and maintain their skill set on that. read more

I love this place! Nothing makes me sweat like Cirque School. I'm always looking forward to learning new tricks and fine tuning old ones. I've been coming here on and off since November 2011 taking the Aerial Fitness and Conditioning classes. I'm amazed at how much my body has changed since then. I could hardly do any of the acrobatic tricks when i first started out. I couldn't hoist myself onto the silk or trapeze. I couldn't do the circus tricks on the fitness ball and I was sore for days after my first class. Now, it seems fairly easy compared to my first days. My arms still get a bit fatigued and it would help if I was more flexible but I'm still working on it. I only get to go once every two weeks if I'm lucky. However, I do go out and find ropes and pull up bars at the beach or park whenever I can. I've had many different instructors and most of them are very friendly, funny and accommodating. I only had one instance where someone was impatient and that's because I accidentally signed up for a more advanced class and was clearly not able to keep up. Though I was disappointed with the one class, all the others make up for it ten fold. Now, I think I could go to the more advanced class without slowing everybody down. Only one way to find out! If there's one thing I've noticed in the past 5 years of my circus studies, it's that certain sections of the world look at, practice, and apply circus in very different ways. This fact became all too clear when I was busking for my dinner throughout Europe. In one city you'd be greeted with a praising crowd, and in others you would be kindly asked to leave by the authorities. This same dynamic has been prominent in circus schools as well- not from the extreme of praise and being asked to leave, but more so in the way that people train and the attitudes they carry. So, it's hard to describe the feeling I had the first time I made my way to Cirque School. I was really excited and also very worried that I would be disappointed. I had no reason to be worried. The second I walked in the door I was greeted by the owner Rex. He kindly showed me around and talked with me about the space and what I wanted to do. I'm primarily a juggler so I go every Tuesday for the open juggle. There is a group of about 6 of us and it's very informal. Club passing, new patterns, diabolo you name it. Cirque School has given me a great outlet to get my juggling back in shape and learn new stuff to improve it over all. Juggling with other jugglers is in my opinion the best way to learn. I can't speak much for the classes because I haven't participated in any thus far. There are two classes every Tuesday night. While I'm not having clubs thrown at me I usually take some time to observe. I think they are conditioning and core strength......not sure- but the classes look like they're fun and effective. Overall I find the community sense of the school to be great. Everyone seems to be really laid back, helpful and friendly. I'm there every Tuesday 6:30- 8:30 if you wanna throw stuff around. Square your hips, shoulders back, chest up, bend and straighten, lift and lengthen! alsdfOIDfjdjkalalW7ff@#^$&#*^!! Probably the most painful (in a really good way) experience ever. I've never been so aware of what all the different parts of my body were doing, especially all at the same time! I'm fairly petite. Not a gym regular and not very flexible (can't really touch my toes), but I wanted to try something different/exciting that was going to be a full body workout. Tried the aerial fitness & conditioning class a couple times - fun! but not for me. Then tried Kristina's stretch and flexibility class! Seriously, the most incredibly painful and wonderful experience ever. I sometimes seriously want to cry, but as someone else mentioned, Kristina's dry humor really does help you through the pain. And I definitely feel it days after. Other things to note: -The studio is located kind of in an alley, look for black gates! -Park on Wilton, south of Hollywood, free and parkable after 6pm. -Bring your own water. -Wear comfy tight clothes. -Shoes off zone. -Get the 6 class package. It does get pricey, so I only go once a monthish. =/. -There's only one restroom (not for changing), and limited changing space. -Staff is friendly -Everyone else really does look pro, but whatever! Took their stretch class - FANTASTIC. They are great about warming you up so your limbs are nice and loose. Give you pointers on how to execute stretches correctly. Modifications provided so you don't accidentally injure yourself. People of all levels, so nice environment. Felt a ton of stress relief after the class was over. Parking is super limited. As one of the coaches put it last weekend, "You are a completely different person than the first time I met you." He was right when he said this, because CS has fundamentally changed me and my life. Okay, okay, that's kind of sappy, but it really is true. CS may not be for everybody, but it really CAN be for anybody. As Queen of the Uncoordinated, I started coming here totally out of shape and partly convinced I was insane for even trying it. Now I go 3-4 days a week, averaging 5-8 hours in total. For me, that's a lot. In fact, that's the most time I've dedicated to ANY athletic training since I was a teenager. The staff, coaches and other students are really what seal the deal. In short, the community. Yes, the training is great. Yes, the coaches know their shit. Yes, you will get your money's worth and lose your Thanksgiving/Christmas/Easter/holiday fat. But more importantly, the people here care about one another. Truly. Here's a quick rundown of classes I've taken: Aerial 101 (silks and trapeze mixed with conditioning), Acro Fit 101 (intro to tumbling and handstands with conditioning mixed in), Hand Balancing (hand balancing with--you guessed it--conditioning), and Flexibility & Stretch 101 (not a relaxing yoga class, not for the weak). FYI, Flexibility & Stretch is not for wusses. If you like pain and enjoy making faces like an evil monkey banshee, then this is for you! Brandon is especially fantastic. I enjoy the school and the instructors, but I wish there was a more clear progression forward, intro/beginner/intermediate. Or separate Beginner vertical classes from Beginner horizontal classes. I am not a fan of silks - and would love to take an hour of beginner trapeze. The flexibility classes are elective torture, and I love it so much. I am always more sore (in a good way) after a flex class than any other workout I do. Could also do to add a conditioning class to focus on strength building specifically for aerial skills. read more

My passion in circus arts all started with cirque school la. I bought a living social deal and the first class was so difficult, I couldn't move for a week. But I continued and I never looked back. Their cirque 101 class is a great full body workout. But, that's mostly what is is- a really good aerial conditioning. You'll learn only a few very basic moves. Their aim is to get you strong before you start learning tricks. But for me I prefer getting strong through learning tricks along with conditioning. Some teachers are amazing, some aren't really good. Those 2 reasons are why I didn't give a 5 star rating. Their flexibility classes are really good too, it actually left me sore! I love this place! I must admit even to a yoga teacher the sound of "Cirque School" is pretty intimidating! I was impressed to find several teachers per group watching over everyone and carefully instructing to everyones individual level of fitness, flexibility, and lets be honest...courage :) The instructors are all super friendly, helpful, calming, and knowledgeable. No intimidation factor here, they work hard to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable,...even when hanging upside down on a trapeze! :) The place was hard to find the first time as the entrance is set about 50 ft or so back from the street down an alley with a small banner hanging over the alley way. Don't go looking for it at night if at all possible. The parking on the side streets is a good idea as it does not cost any $$$. Some of the classes are 90 min and the meters in front are only for 60min. (trust me you won't want to have to run out and feed change to the meter!) The space is big, bright, and has a very exciting vibe! You will get so stoked just walking through the door! As much as I feel I am pretty fit this workout really challenged me in new ways! I had a ton of fun, and I was sore for days after. What a thrill! I bought a package of classes for myself and my friend for Christmas, I highly recommend you check this place out!!!! read more

I've been coming here since the first week of December regularly ( 2-3 times a week) and I have to say, after these passed 4 months, I'm obsessed. I started with the Areal Fitness classes and now I'm moving into the intro tricks classes and I've never been in better shape. I've taught yoga, done pilates and hiked every hill in Griffith Park and nothing makes me feel more inspired than this place. Rob, James, Jenn, Jordan, Lauren and Rick are all amazing teachers and offer so many different styles of teaching. I never thought at 28 I could find something that could make me feel like a kid again, but this place has done it. I'm always excited for my next class and seriously can't get enough! I'm not sure if I'll be running away with the circus any time soon, but now I have something to shoot for. read more

I'll be honest, the first day I walked into Cirque School LA I was totally mesmerized. This sweaty room was filled with adult athletes that all were KILLING it at crazy hard feats of human strength, flexibility, and agility. It felt like I walked into a room of cross fitters that mated with hipsters. Everyone was attractive and super fit and yet they all were into this workout that "you've probably never heard of." My first class was the 90 minute stretch and flexibility class with Anna. Half of it was dudes. Attractive dudes. Score! As a self proclaimed damn-good athlete I was humbled by my lack of prowess in this class but I was addicted to the challenges it presented. 4 days later I took the Acrofit 101 class and it again kicked my ass and challenged me in new ways. I felt like I was playing in an adult playground and I finally wasn't being judged for wanting to do cartwheels all day long. I am addicted and will be coming AT LEAST twice a week until I get up the fitness to do the trickster classes. I want to be as ripped as all of the other beautiful people here. Falling slowly / eyes that know me And I can't go back I found the hand-balancing class. Usually things find me instead, as it was my instant madly falling in love with flying trapeze. But I kept feeling this 'pull' back here to try things. I love this class!!!! First of all let me clarify that I'm pretty terrible and we also have some students class that blow my mind. So ego boost for me it is NOT. But I just love the challenge of it!!! Hardest workout I've ever done. I'm so happy they let me stay in this class (I have a handstand practice from yoga so a small foundation - the regular handstand class requires some stamina since you're working for 90 minutes). I am definitely the BabyBalancer of our group but it's filled w lovely and talented people. I really can't say enough about how amazing the teachers are. They really know what they are doing and from what I can tell most, if not all, are working professionals. So glad I found this class in particular because a year ago, when I started ashtanga yoga, I couldn't do a handstand to save my life. I really cant wait for the day that I can do cool stuff. If you are hungry to learn, patient, and have an interest in something like hand balancing, you should definitely check this place out. I also like that they have classes in the evening. My schedule sucks but at least if there's night stuff I can try to make it work, since my weekends revolve around my flying trapeze classes. Try it! Bring your sense of humour and a can-do attitude, and surprise yourself. read more

I've generally been here once a week (minimum) for about a year, because of a friend who used to preform aerial years ago. It's the most physically creative fun ever. The instructors are knowledgeable in their particular fields, and the student base is a wide range of ages and professions. This is better than a gym. The equipment is different, and you broaden knowledge on how to use it with each class and get better in form and technique. Safety is taken seriously here (unlike the Spiderman Broadway show). Parking can occasionally make you roll your eyes. And yes, that is the scent of marijuana coming from the neighboring business (contact high free of charge). read more
