I have an iPhone X and just ordered the 14 pro max, which won't be shipped to me for another 2 weeks. My X was having major issues with overheating, to the point where something inside was causing my screen started bulging outwards, so I decided to bring it here to see what would be done. Got a screen crack got it replace here at this shop. Within a 1 week the screen got mess up again. I have to be tapping the damn screen in order to sometime open the screen. Went to go fix a crack on my iPhone 6s. He successfully changed the screen, but I took his advice and checked EVERYTHING. The 3D Touch no longer worked with the replacement screen. He couldn't figure out why. He placed my old, cracked phone screen back on and didn't charge me, Which he shouldn't have done anyway. He was honest about not knowing the problem and even told me about some other stuff I needed; like a new battery. Anyway, still giving him time to figure it out. I had my broken screen fixed 3 weeks ago by him and all of a sudden it went black. Couldn't turn the screen on. I went to Apple to see if there was a problem with the inside of the phone. They told me that it was the poor quality screen that was put on my phone when it was repaired. That the LED screen was cheap. Nathan is the Best!!! He is super chill when you come in and best of all, he is very informative! I brought my Iphone 6 Plus screen to get repaired and he explained what he would do since I never had to go through this before. He said there might be something wrong with the software because it wasn't responding correctly, which he said would cost more to fix. However, Nathan is not a thief n he started using the phone more to make sure it works and confirmed it was just the screen. He could have been like other mechanics, phone and cars, and could have said it was something else. I love when someone is straight forward on their prices and the process. I also asked about fixing my laptop screen, DV 6000 and told me the price. I told him I mainly needed some data in the laptop and right away he looked out for me. He said I'm better off bringing a newer laptop I already have or purchase a new one and just transfer the data over, which would be half the price. Wow, it only took him about 15 minutes! Bobby was amazing! He fixed my phone in less than 20 minutes! Its conveniently located in DTLA so I don't have to really go into the city and deal with all the traffic! I was able to get there quickly and find parking. It's located in the 7-11 parking lot and walk ins are welcome. He even offered to change my frame but since my phone was still under warranty, he suggested I keep it white. The place is clean and has a restroom for customers. The next day when I turned my phone on half of the screen was blacked out. So I took it back hoping he would double check my phone but now he wants to charge me $175 to fix it. The guy took 30 min to fix my phone, but I didn't notice that the corners and sides of my phone were blurry and had lines until the next day. I called and see if anything could be done and he told me to go back. I went back and he fixed it without questions and said it was a defect.
