The owner was informing us how she just reopened for the season so not everything was available on the menu. Instead, they had a menu of what they were serving that particular day which was very helpful. I actually had a pregnancy craving for pizza empanadas which was not listed but I had asked her if they had any and to my surprise, the owner and her staff went out of their way and made me a couple!!! The mofongo was made really well, soft, tasty and edible. The carne frita (pork) while nice and tender, tastes more like and Asian fusion as it has some sweeter sauce/glacé to it. The food is served with Mayo/ketchup. The employee was attentive and nice.
