The aspect of the place is not welcoming, while all the containers of food display are crowded together and there's a mess going on at a counter that houses a lot of old flyers. The fridge where the seafood salad is at looks dirty and not inviting to want that salad at all. I ordered the mofongo with carne frita (pork morsels). The mofongo was made really well, soft, tasty and edible. The carne frita (pork) while nice and tender, tastes more like and Asian fusion as it has some sweeter sauce/glacé to it. The food is served with Mayo/ketchup. The employee was attentive and nice. I can come back for the taste of the food if I can look the other way to the aspect of the place that needs some love and care.
