All the staff in the store was really on top of everything and were constantly restocking the racks and getting things organized. It was a great thrifting experience.

Two piece sets and gorgeous flowy skirts for vacation trips at very reasonable prices. I found a cute black dress with ladies in sunglasses stitched to it. They had leather purses like Coach, Patricia Nash, BCBG and rhinestone purses too. I was obsessed with their lounge wear rack. Loungewear as in pajamas and robes, not work out clothes. They had vintage silk sets and robes on one rack. I can't wait to go back and get some. They also had antique nick nacks like porcelain ballerinas, silver candle stick holders, retro glass drink sets with gold detailing, cute pieces of jewelry and sunglasses. The two ladies running it were very nice and so friendly. The space is small so please be respectful and careful when moving around. They take tap pay.

Even though retail shops have remained closed during covid-19, stores like Nativa have kept their business going through their website. Nativa is super active on Instagram and they are always sharing new products, discounts and much more! A few days ago I was excited to see they were having a 30% off sale on EVERYTHING. After seeing this amazing deal my first thought was "my mom". My mom loves handmade Mexican blouses and Nativa has a huge selection. I asked my mom to pick her favorite blouse from the website and voila! Nativa can ship your items directly to your home, or you can add a note at checkout if you want to pick up in-store. I decided to go and get the blouse for myself because I live pretty close from the store. It was nice to see they have a contactless pick-up option. When you get to the store, you call them and let them know you are outside. They will then leave your bag inside a basket they have outside, and you can get your items from the basket. The dust bag and box I sent it in does not have any odor i called the store and the first lady who picked up told me that the wallet had been cleaned, I proceeded to ask for the manager, and the manager informed me that it was lightly clean then changed the story to say that it had not been cleaned she was very unprofessional and did not want to deal with the problem at hand. It is not worth going here, and if I could, I would leave a zero rating. Now my wallet has diminished in value and they have cleaned their hands of the problem. That has always been a great fear for me when working their consignment stores/sites. They are professional at displaying and advertising my pieces, and able to showcase the best plausible side of the items. One of my recent item that was sold -- I have had it for a few years, but I never knew it can look THAT great until I saw it in pictures that were posted online! Most importantly, the turnaround time for the few pieces I have sold so far is very fast. It typically takes over a week for pieces to appear on other consignment sites/platform, but they are able to showcase them in a few days. I'm so glad San Antonio has MOSS as a local consignment store, and am very pleased with the service provided!
